Cabin

Nick hopped back into the kitchen, pulling on a pair of shoes he'd found. "Nice...ah...well, c'mon. The day isn't going to wait for a bunch of lazy werewolves to get up and get moving."

Valentine opened one eye and scowled at Ceril and the deer, "You feed off of that poor creature? Sorry, but I'm not drinking a furry creature's blood... I rather like animals..." He eyed her, "Actually...if I could just...have a bit of your blood..I'd be alright for the rest of the day."

 

Balmore Manor Seth's Room~~

Rin curled up into a ball in Seth's arms. She refused to allow herself to be too mad at him. Right now, nothing mattered to her. Not school, not vampires, not even the rest of the world. If she was able to stay in that position with Seth for the rest of her life, she would be a very happy woman.

"Don't let go," Rin said, not sure if her mind was in reality or in her dreamland.

Anthony's Office

Anthony didn't need to search through his computer to look for Seth's address. That's when it hit him that he was in the presence of Seth's mother. It was all piece together; he had much more power in his hands than he had original anticipated. "Well, I can show you the way, but as we both can see, the sun will be rising relatively soon. You are welcome to stay in my chambers for the day."

 

Cabin
Annie stood smiling. "just give me a minute to change." serena was already dressed and stood waiting with nick. She pulled her blonde hair into a pony and slipped into a pair of running shoes. Annie came back out a few minutes later wearing a pair of hot pink shorts and a black tank top. Her black hair was still a tangled mess in her pony, but she would worry about it later. "all right, i'm ready." she slipped back into her dirty white shoes from the day before and walked out the front door.

Ceril wiped the small amount of blood off of her chin and lips and sat down on the bed. "i don't feed from humans at all. As much as i'd rather not eat the animals, I have to survive somehow." she let out a sigh as she pulled her red hair out of the way and tilted her head. She stuck her neck out, exposing the cold stobe-like flesh, and readjusted her blouse. Ceril had only been bitten once before, but was never fed off of. She bit her lip in anticipation of the pain that was sure to come. "be gentle." she whispered.

Nick huffed and followed Annie, "Does my life get any better? Taking a run with two lovely she-wolves....I doubt my brothers in my pack would ever get this chance." He stood outside, stretching his arms over his head, and appreciating Annie's new apparel. "Nice shorts."

Balmore Manor - Seth's room

Seth kept an eye on the increasing sunlight outside and the clock. Though he hated having them around, knowing the time was essential for him.

Valentine edged closer, setting a hand on her waist and the other on her neck. "I'll do what I can, Ceril." Tilting her head, he licked a spot on her neck, along her vein and bit into her. Straining himself, he exerted more than necessary to keep her from feeling pain. Pureblood powers surged through his blood as he eliminated the sensation of pain and replaced it with pleasure.

Anthony's Office

Yeul regarded him carefully before standing and brushing back her long silver hair, "Though sunlight does not bother me...I'd rather not head into his home without one of his friends accompanying me."

annie looked over her shoulder at nick and flashed a large smirk. "thanks." serena watched the two and shook her head. They were so oblivious to what was going on with each other. "so where to?" she stood there stretching her legs as vickie came running out with a stopwatch. Annie pointed to the eadt side of the forest that boardered the town. "how 'bout through the forest there to the edge and back. It's a good couple miles. I can even give you a head start." it was directed at nick. Her smirk grew into a smug smile as she eyed him.

Ceril let out a soft moan and quickly covered her mouth to prevent it from happening again. She had seen this kind of thing before, even just at seth's party the previous night. He did something so that the woman would only feel plesdure as she was devoured and then the man after felt the torturesome pain of being eaten alive. To have his heart not produce blood fast enough. It felt nice having valentine wrapped around her, even if it was only to feed from her body. She hadn't been this close to another being in a long time. Solitude didn't provide you with companionship. That she missed greatly.

Nick rolled his shoulder and stood beside Annie, "Shouldn't I be the one giving you the head start? After all girls tend to be slower." His smile turned competitive, "But then again...I'd be much too distracted giving you a head start. Running behind someone with such prominent features...will make me lose on purpose."

Valentine urged her closer before releasing her completely. "Sorry...I think I got a bit too carried away." Licking the blood from his lips, Valentine touched her cheek, "You look a bit pale..." he started to chuckle quietly under his breath. "Ah, vampire jokes..." Sobering, Valentine brushed his fingers across the bite mark, "But really, I hope I didn't hurt you."

 

Balmore Manor Seth's Room~~

Rin's eyes twitched open as the light traced across her face. She didn't get much sleep, but she was at least happy to even get a few minutes of rest. She knew that was all she probably needed. A smirk came across her face as she turned over and looked at Seth. "Do I really have to go," Rin asked in an annoyed voice.

Antony's Office~~

"Of course, of course," Anthony said in a hushed tone. He sat back in his chair, starting to think out loud. "But it would be weird to have you back here, wouldn't it? Well...I've been having a hard time finding a new secretary to assist me ever since...Seth got a hold of her. It would probably be best if you played the role of the secretary for the time being. Who knows, you may even find the second kid."

 

Balmore Manor - seth's room

Seth sat up, "Yes, you really have to go. I want you to make friends...and that doesn't include vampires."

Anthony's office

Yeul tilted her head and pulled her hair to the side, braiding it, "It would be quite the experience... Secretary... Alright...if you're sure you want me taking calls for you and filing away papers. After all...it's your choice to trust such a sketchy Pureblood that's as old as I am." Green eyes slitted a glare at him and she stood, waving her hands around in a grand gesture. "Well then...if you have no complaints then...I'll get to work."

 

Balmore Manor Seth's Room~~

Rin sat up in the bed, uncaring of what her hair looked like. She then looked up at Seth. "And what if the other kids start piking on me," Rin playfully asked him.

Anthony's Office

"I've put my trust in seemingly worse people before," Anthony said. There was something about her attitude that he seemed to admire. He could easily see why the man over the phone had so much interest in her. "It would be best if you started, yes. The bank is about to open, after all."

 

Balmore Manor - Seth's room

Seth combed his fingers through her hair, "That won't be a problem. I've enrolled you as Rin Balmore. It's a name teachers are familiar with and I'm certain students are as well through their parents. You see...everyone in Luin works for me in their own way. Be it they own their own law firms...medical practices...or work as a highly regarded man in the bank, they work...for me. I made their jobs avaliable here and provided them homes."

Anthony's Office - Bank

Yeul left without another word, a smile on her face. She'd gotten exactly what she wanted. Security...and information. He hadn't looked up Seth's address which meant he was close by...and actually in Luin so her information she'd gotten in Romania was correct. Now...if Valentine was here also...

 

Balmore Manor Seth's Room~~

Rin fell back. She couldn't believe; Seth had practically thought o everything. "You're not going to make this easy for me are you," She groaned in a monotone.

Annie laughed and eyed nick. "nicholas, would you happen to be flirting? I'm not going to let you win because you're openly admitting to checking me out." serena shoved them both forward. "okay love birds, are we gunna race or what?" vickie jumped up and down excitedly in front of them. She held the stopwatvh in front of herself. Her thumb rested on the start button as she preparec everyone to take off. "positions! Ready. Set. Go!" annie lunged forward, taking an onvious lead.

Ceril let out a quiet laugh. She was always pale, but the feeding had left her slightly dizzy. She lifted her hand up to her head and straightened out her neck. Her red hair fell back over her shoulder, covering the teeth marks. Ceril smiled at valentine, remaining close to him. "it wasn't so bad. Tolerable at least."

 

Cabin

Nick winked at her and took off after her, jogging beside her. "Is that the best you can do? My youngest pack mate can run faster than that." The thought of the newly five year old Amber back home had his wolf's tail thumping, wanting to run free again. Shrugging away the thought, he pushed down his wolf. Positive that if he changed now, he'd probably jump Annie. For an experienced fighter, his wolf was awfully fond of the girls he'd just met.

Valentine sighed, obviously relaxing, "I'm glad... When...when I heard you...uh, moan...I just... I lost a bit of my control..I didn't mean to take so much from you. I guess...I'm not as strong as my brother when it comes to feeding off of others." Valentine had witnessed several times as a child, his brother feeding off of the young girls at his parties. Father had told him they wanted him to bite them because it meant he liked them and they just wanted his attention. Mother had scolded him, saying he shouldn't feed off of random girls just because they're pretty and there.

Balmore manor - Seth's room

Seth sat up and smiled, "I'm determined to set you off with a good education." Snapping his fingers, Yuka brought in a blue schoolgirls uniform.

Rin was a bit freaked out by how quickly Yuka came in with the outfit. "This is just so you can live out some kind of strange fetish, isn't it," Rin groaned, falling back into the bed.

Annie stayed focused on the path in front of her and shook off nick's comment. "not even close." serena caught up to the two of them as annie caught one of her bouts of energy and pulled ahead again. Serena shook her head as she trailed slightly behind them. It amazed her how obtuse they were.

Ceril sighed and leaned her head into valentine's shoulder. "it's all right. It wasn't so bad. I just have to wait for the dizziness to pass." she closed her eyes, not thinking about how this might look to someone one the outside. Her nose twitched at the smell of the dead deer. She needed to remove it before it started to stink up the treehouse. She would have to as soon as she could stand again.

 

North Woods

Nick quit laughing and focused on running after Annie. It was starting to feel more and more like a chase to him...and regretably, his wolf loved it. It wanted him to change and chase after the female, tackle her and bite her neck. It would be impossible to explain to Annie and Serena if he did that now of all times. Catching up to her, he finally started to feel his muscles burn with strain. It'd been a long time since he'd willingly ran in his human form. He had to suppress the urge to reach out and tackle Annie.

Valentine curled his hands around Ceril for a moment, "I shouldn't have asked for your blood... I...I barely know you and I do something like this..." Internally, he hated himself.

Balmore Manor - Seth's Room

Seth chuckled and pulled her out of bed, "I wish I could say it was, my dear... I wish it was. But I simply remember my Father drilling me with studies and I want you to have some knowledge of the world. Instead of shutting you up in here with me..it just seems cruel of me."

 

Balmore Manor Seth's Room~~

Rin groaned as she made her way to the bathroom."Yeah, keeping me safe is the worst thing possible. Let's take me to a place where you're constantly judge me while they exclude me from just about everything."

 

north woods
Serena could see nick straining and used the opportunity to pass him. Annie had already reached the edge and turned back, running past them. "come on slow pokes! I'd like to see you not completely suck!" serena reached the edge of the forest and turned back around, following after her sister.

Ceril sighed and rolled her eyes, which were still closed. "it's fine. If it were a problem I wouldn't have given it up so willingly. At least it keeps you off of the humans." she opened her eyes stared up at him. "valentine, it doesn't bother me." ceril relaxed in his arms. It felt strange being so close to another person.

 

North Woods

Nick snarled as he raced after Annie. His wolf thrilled at the chase and adrenaline started pumping through his blood. Eyes dialated, he passed Annie and skidded to a halt just in front of her tackling her to the ground. Rolling over her, he pinned her to the dirt and panted on top of her. After a few seconds passed, his eyes widened at what he'd done. Again...he couldn't seem to control his wolf here. First with grabbing Serena in his sleep...and now...tackling Annie? What was wrong with him?

Valentine swallowed and his breathing hitched up a notch, "O-okay...if...if you say so. I worry is all..." He bit his lip, fangs piercing his skin, and he winced, feeling a trickle of blood run down his chin.

Balmore Manor -Seth's room

Seth watched her head to the bathroom and sighed, "No one will judge you...they've no reason to. Yuka will take you to school today in the car...I have a lot of paperwork to attend to."

Rin groaned. "They don't need a reason to judge. People...they just suck." She forced the door shut behind her, undressing to take a shower. She was cranky for getting little sleep and she didn't feel like interacting with...those people. She hopped into the shower, slowly washing off the sweat on her body.
