Given the situation, they probably needed to head out of the tunnel before the big oaf decided to wake up and antagonize the Spiritia once more. Such a bother he was. The group moved forward through the tunnel to reach the exit, however things were not going to look to good from this point on. The tunnel exited in probably one of the worst locations possible.

"Emi what's wrong?" Kai questioned as she seemed to be shaking from what she had seen. The situation was clearly a bad one if the angel had shivers going through her. Kai peaked over to see it was Orpheus and plenty others of the Mordecai army.

"We have met with a terrible fate. Our enemy is RIGHT there." She said whispering, but it was no use, Feo happened to be around there as well. "Kai, how about you shoo-"

"Yo, Orphanass! Look, rebels." He shouted from the top of a house. More chaos to the concoction. He grinned darkly and began heading o Castle Mordecai with his floating ability. "Hahaha, hope you enjoy getting tortured.

"Damn that demon. Looks like we have no choice." Kai growled.

The girl walked out and looked at Orpheus, her hands up. There wasn't really anything they could do in this situation. "Jed, don't think about doing anything. We're outnumbered in this situation. Besides, there is an injured person among them."

With an inflated ego due to Lilith's comment, The tunnel was barely able to contain Beuce's bloated head. "Yes, Yes i am." He said with a cocky chuckle. It was only a moment after he realized she stole his marker. *****! That was his favorite one! "And my face doesn't look like it was gangbanged by a box of crayola!" He insulted. That ought to teach her to steal his markers! Kindergarten law. Break it and face the music. Everyone knows that. Before he could continue that further, Feo started being a ****** and alerting Orpheus to their presence. Welp. That sucks.

Jedediah had a hand gripped on his sword the second he saw Orpheus. Instinctively, he nearly drew it and charged forward. His hand was shaking. Every fiber of his being told him to charge forward and run the heretic through. It took every ounce of willpower he had to not. Hesitantly, he let go of the handle of the blade. He gritted his teeth and raised his hands. Surrendering to this man was the thing he detested most. Yet he knew if he started a fight, he'd likely get everyone else in his company killed. He knew that, and hated it. The savior raised his hands, in a motion of surrender. He glared at Orpheus with intense anger, yet he was still surrendering.

Orpheus was silent for a moment. Maybe he was thinking about it, considering letting her live. Perhaps he simply felt pity for the girl and was thinking about what to tell her. No one could tell. His face was unreadable. He simply stared at the girl. The silence was more suspenseful than any words could have been. "You will live. By that logic, i'm the reason your parents are dead. In any case, their death no longer is of any concern to me. What happened in the past will always be in the past. Nothing that is done now will ever change that. Killing you would accomplish nothing but earn a grudge from Sven." Orpheus said. No sooner had he finished saying that, an insult rang out from nearby. He recognized the voice as Feo's. Turning the the direction of them, he saw the "rebels" that were spoken of. They each came out with their hands raised in a motion of surrender. He recognized one of them as the man who brought Cierra back to the camp like a dog, then wandered off. So he was with the humans then...Another one fit the description of the healer. Perhaps Sven had accomplished his task?

"Speak your names!" He demanded. The first to speak was the one with green hair, who looked at him with fury in his eyes. It was expected that some of the humans would hate him. After all, he was one of the leaders of their enemy. Although, the man spoke oddly.

"I am Jedediah, savior of the humans, and your destined rival! I've waited for the day we clash, as i'm sure you have as well!"
    "Do i know you?"
"Of course you know me! I am god's chosen savior, sent from the heavens to defeat you and lead humanity to victory."
    "...Y-yes. of course."
"You truly have never heard of me? Impossible! I am blight on the undead, and the one who will defeat you eventually!"
    "...Right...Of course..."

The man who was in the house looked at Sven, threatening him with a slow painful death if he didn't tell him where the chief was. "Look kid, I dunno what kind of urget matters you got with him, but walking in here and killing the humans ain't no way to get him to listen. The chief is a bit of a hardhead. So why don't you go turn 'round, walk out that door, come back in, and ask nicely, Or this is gonna get ugly."

Hunter simply appeared in an area filled with clouds and a train station, complete with a train travelling around in a circuit. The train station was way out of place, but the clouds could only suggest one thing. Either he had died from a weak hit to the head, or he was unconscious and lost in the realm of character inactivity. As he was walking along, attempting to figure out how he was going to get out of this mess, an old man suddenly appeared in front of him in a puff of smoke. This man had a long, grey beard, and looked as though he was so old he should be dead but somehow wasn't. Raising an eyebrow, Hunter decided to get straight to the point. "Okay, let's keep this quick. Who the hell are you, and what are you doing in my subconsciousness?" he questioned.

The old man stood still for a moment. What was he doing in Hunter's subconsciousness? The last thing he remembered was fighting off a fire demon, and then he had been dragged down by it after defeating it and had simply appeared here, of all places? "My name is Gandalf the Grey, and I am here to impart some words of wisdom to you to help you on your journey" he spoke, his words booming with authority and importance.

"Yeah no thanks, ain't nobody got time for dat" came the response from Hunter as he began walking away. He would have proceeded, but the sky grew very dark indeed above him. From the clouds came a huge bolt of lightning, hitting the ground just in front of the murderer. As the smoke from the lightning subsided, Gandalf was standing there once more.

    "YOU SHALL NOT PASS"

Hunter sighed. Clearly he wasn't going to get his way until the old man had said what he had come to say. "Fine, whatever, go ahead and give me these words of wisdom"
"I expect you now realize that you and Feo have been connected by something other than fate. Since that fight all those hours ago"
"So it's true then? A part of my murderous hatred for him lives within me, doesn't it?"
"Did. It was destroyed moments ago by none other than your own ego and refusal to give a **** about other human beings. You were the foe he was never meant to fight, Hunter"

The two walked over together towards a bench that was conveniently placed, just in front of the train tracks. There, they sat down as Hunter thought about things a little more. He realized what he had to do.

    "I..I have to go back, don't I?"
    "Oh, that's up to you"
    "I have a choice?"
"No, I just wanted to get your hopes up to get you back for trying to ignore me before"
    "Oh. Welll...then...now what?"

Hunter had not noticed Gandalf get up and move to stand behind him. The wizard knew of the way to get a person back to reality for sure. By killing them, they would awaken where they were rightfully meant to be. As he prepared to shove Hunter in front of the train that was coming, he was stopped by a hand quickly grabbing his arm.
"What do you think you're doin'?"
    "Nothing, I was simply stretching"
"No ya weren't, you was gonna' push me in front of that train, weren't ya?"
"Now why would I do that?"
"Well, you were probably trying to wake me up from this inactivity"
"Ah, but by speaking and talking as we are, you have done that yourself, have you not?"
"Wow, you're right! Thanks Gandalf, now I have no reason not to do this!"

In one swift movement, Hunter stood up, grabbed Gandalf by the waist, and shoved him in front of the oncoming train. In a matter of moments, Gandalf was...well, let's just say he wasn't there anymore. Satisfied, Hunter turned and began leaving the station, before he suddenly stopped himself as a thought occurred to him. "Without that train, how the hell do I get out of here?" he wondered. It took him a moment to think of the solution. "Right, subconsciousness. Stupid bullshit, making me do things. No wonder there's a damn echo in here" Hunter said out loud, simply willing himself to awaken now.

Sitting up with a start, Hunter got to his feet quite quickly as he saw Jedediah talking to Orpheus. More obvious than that though, was Lilith, the girl that stole anything not nailed down, and the hot-headed guy from before. "If you two are here, that's gotta mean there's trouble 'round here. I'm itchin' to crack some skulls, who wants to murder some zombies?" he questioned, before noticing Gwen was nearby. He hadn't seen her face, but he still recognised her instantly. "Ginger, did ya close the kill count gap while I was asleep?" he asked.

A small smile creeped across Cierra's face when Orpheus said she would live. Although she told him that he could kill her she feared the death that would follow even though she seemed at peace with it. As horrible as she had found her life to be, she never wished death upon herself. The notion always had scared her to no end. She did not know what waited after it, if she would see her parents again or not. Even if she did see them again would she like them? Questions like this often filled her mind when thinking about death. Even so, Orpheus said she wasn't going to die but that was not a promise he could necessarily keep. She could feel life slipping from even as she tried to fight against it. Her life was a slippery slope leading to a black pit at the bottom. She was sliding down this slope, picking up speed each minute that went by with nothing to grab onto to save herself. As much as she reached out and tried she didn't know how much longer she could last, that black pit was approaching quickly. "Please... Tell Master Sven that..." Cierra took a deep breath and forced her eyes open for a little longer. "Tell him that I am sorry... And... and I love him..." Her voice was shallow as she struggled for breath.

Orpheus's attention seemed to have shifted off of her to something else. She could hear voices a little ways away but didn't have the energy to look. Perhaps Sven had returned with her salvation. If that was the case, she feared that he might have heard what she just said. She had told Orpheus to pass on the message in the assumption that she would be dead when he got the message, but if that was not the case, she was not ready to admit her feelings to him. They where far to embarrassing for anyone to know. Although these thoughts where slowly quieted as her consciousness slipped from her grips once again. The world around her began to fade, the sights, the sounds, and the feeling of Orpheus's hands on her back.

Gwen had just calmed her nerves completely. She was able to think straight and her breath steadied. That was until she heard a voice behind her, she tensed up again and looked at the newly awakened Hunter. "No Hunter, I didn't. You need to learn sometimes aggression is not the best thing. Sometimes there is other better ways of dealing with things." Gwen Lectured before turning away. "He is such a child sometimes." She mumbled to Emi. Gwen's teeth gritted more as Feo left them telling Orpheus of their presence. Gwen notched an arrow but didn't raise her bow to shoot yet, she looked around for another escape, and what she found was a possible chance for a deal. Gwen nudged Emi and indicated to the girl on the medical table. She was hoping Emi would catch drift of her plan without words. Gwen then stepped forward and did something she rarely did, take charge. Generally she did her own things for her own sake and if someone chose to follow that was their choice but they didn't have to comply. However this time her plan hinged on others following and respecting her lead doing as she did and listening to her command. Gwen took her arrow off her bow and put it back in her quiver before placing both her Quiver and her bow on the ground. She then turned and nodded to the rest of the group to follow suite. Gwen then took a step back and looked straight in Orpheus's eyes. "My name is Gwen Tosca. We are not here to harm you or your men in any way, we are just passing through." She began. Although she was scared she would not show it, she stood her ground. "It seems that you have some injured soldiers on your hands. I am willing to offer Emi's healing services for our freedom. You let us walk out of this and she will heal all those with wounds. And by the look of that young girl with you it doesn't look like you have much time to decide. Say yes and your men are healed, no and more of your comrades will be injured. Do we have a deal?" Gwens eyes did not break contact with Orpheus. She was determined to get this deal to go through. As much as she hated Lusters and the general, even she knew it was a bad idea to take him on.

As Outlaw quietly waited for a response from the Warden due to his outburst he felt something hit his head. Outlaw took off his hat and looked at the top. "Are you F***en kidding me? Where is that bird? I am going to kill it! No one is going to wreck my hat and get away with it! I hate it! Where are you! Show yourself you little s***." Outlaw freaked as he looked up in the sky searching for the bird. He then threw his hat at the ground and stomped on it. "Stupid bird." He mumbled before taking off his backpack reaching past his second claw and grabbing another hat. He plopped it on his head. "My second favourite hat will have to do." He growled, even though the second hat looked the exact same as the first.

Hunter mocked an expression of hurt, as though he were offended. "But Ginger, I'm never aggressive! I am offended you would say such a thing! " he said, voice dripping with sarcasm. "If you wanna intimidate somebody, there are a few things ya need to learn. First thing is, don't contradict yourself by telling somebody not to be aggressive, in an aggressive tone. The second is, well...you kinda gotta be scary to that person. And you ain't scary, you're like...it's almost like this kid's stuffed bear found a bow and called itself an archer, you get what I mean?" he asked, half giving genuine advice but at the same time mocking her openly in front of the others.

As the deal was offered to Orpheus, Hunter took a step back in shock. Did she seriously think he'd accept the deal? "No way is he gonna accept that deal, he could just kill the rest of you lot, force the healer to, y'know, heal, and then just pull back his forces before I get to 'him. He's got no reason to accept that deal, even for you this is kinda crazy" the man said, his ego as easy to see as the moon in the night sky. Once he had finished talking, he crossed his arms and gave a slight smirk. "But if he agrees to not try to murder us, I'll hold off on my own murder for a lil bit" he lied.

Lilith had remained there the entire time, practically timing how long it took Beuce to realize she had taken his marker. "Gangbanged by a box of markers? Come on, surely you can do better than thaaaaat. Like, that wasn't even insulting in the slightest. Come ooon, insult me like you mean it, throw your worst names at me, or I'll get there and waste all of what's left of your marker" the girl said, taunting Beuce. She paid little attention to what was going on with Orpheus, having found a new source of entertainment for the moment. Adding to the bait, she poked her tongue out at him in a vulgar fashion.

Sven stood there for a brief period of time, nodding his head and murmuring something as though he were considering his options. With another nod towards the man before him, he turned and walked out of the house. The very second he got outside, he spun on his heels and walked back inside. With a mock bow, he opened his mouth to speak. "Hello, slightly-bigger-shitstain. You're going to accept the deal I offered and tell me where your ****ing chief is, because I'm tired of your **** and if you say no I'm going to murder each and every human in here until I find the chief, do you understand? Drop your act, nobody's fallin' for it. You're just a pathetic little human, and either you tell me what I want to know or I'm going to beat it out of you. Do I have your attention yet?" he asked, his voice growing slightly more aggressive with each word spoken.

Eventually Grim had taken a break from walking to give his feet a break. He didn't have any idea just how the raven was going to signal him so there was no point of keeping a hawk's eye out for anything that stuck out. That was until he heard something or rather someone sound rather frustrated. Investigating the noise, he found that the source was some guy throwing his hat onto the ground and stomping on it.

A closer look at the hat revealed that there was actually some bird poop on the hat. Well that wasn't exactly what he was expecting when he asked for a sign, but it was better than nothing. Besides, he could actually see this one oppose to anything else it might have decided to do. Grim had waited til the man had put on another identical hat before he decided to approach him and the other taller man he was with. Clearly immediately mentioning that he had something to do with the bird wouldn't be the best of ideas. Instead he would try a different approach. "I happened to see your little outburst, a little much considering it was just a bird, don't cha think?"

While Orpheus and Cierra had their little chat, they were joined by another group of people. While some of them seem less eager for a fight than other of them did, so far no signs of attack were made. In fact one of them had even propose a deal towards Orpheus. Kasen wasn't sure how this would turn out so he used this time to observe the new comers and learn what he could about them. It was what he did best in situations most situations. After all, the only revealed ability of his was that he could blend in with walls so that element was still on his side. He wasn't much of a fighter anyway. That said, he could still hold his own should it come down to it. Anyway his eyes scanned over each and every one of them, taking note what any details that could be picked out just from looking a them. It wasn't much, but it was good enough for a start.

Still in the alleyway Ace only shrugged at his words. "Not really, just fairly strange." As he spoke, his eyes were seeing whether or not there was anything or worth on his person. If there was then his decision to appear here would be a waste to him after all. Of course that was only if there was something of value on him. If not, then he had two fall back plans that he could use.

The group seemed to be fairly cooperative, not trying anything stupid. One of them came up, offering him a deal. The healer he had sent for instead of being guided by Sven, stumbled into his encampment. The odds of that were slim to none, yet still it happened. He was to guarantee their safe passage in exchange for the healer's abilities being used. Orpheus didn't need to think about it. The course of action was clear. "I accept your deal. Even if i were treacherous enough to simply take the healer by force, there isn't exactly enough time to get her cooperation. If you heal our wounded, you will not be harmed. You have my word." The lustor general said, agreeing to the woman's terms. The red haired man may prove...troublesome though. He was the type to attack first and think later. Orpheus kept a watchful eye on him. In the back of his mind, he noted the oddness of the man calling her ginger, possibly as an insult, when his own hair was of the same color.

"I know right?! I don't think he even notices it!" Beuce blurted out in response to Orpheus thinking about the hair color. This outburst earned him some odd looks needless to say, but he accomplished making Orpheus wonder if he was one of those extremely rare three power lustors and his third ability was mind reading. That would put him on the same level as Mordecai. 'Man i wish i were that godmodded.' Said the man, in his head this time. Uh...Dammit what else do i need to reply to as Beuce....Lilith, right!

Beuce, making quite possibly the scariest expression that had ever come across the man's face, grabbed her by the collar of her shirt and pulled her close to him, heat radiating off of him to her. Not enough to actually burn her, but enough to cause discomfort. "Listen you little [CENSOR BAR]. Nobody, and i mean nobody screws with my markers. I will [BEEP] tear off your [BEEP] and shove them right up you [BEEP] [BEEP] with a [BEEP] [BEEP] [BEEP] [BEEP] on a [BEEP] [BEEP] [BEEP] at [BEEP] [BEEP] [BEEP] [BEEP] on your [BEEP] [BEEP] So then you'll have to [BEEP] sideways!
    ...
    ...
    ...
    [BEEP]"

Thus ending quite possibly the most swear filled post without any actual swearing in it there has ever been.

Jedediah watched the deal go along with immense caution. Orpheus was far, far too devious to simply agree to it without some kind of catch. While attacking would ruin any and all chance of the deal going smoothly, he was barely able to contain the urge. His arch enemy, the rival he was destined to defeat, the man god chose him to kill, was right in front of him! Yet, he couldn't touch him! It infuriated Jed to no end. He had never been more on edge than he was right now. His hand was itching to draw his blade, yet he contained himself and simply watched the negotiations, with visible malice for Orpheus.

"A smartass huh? Well, i got a little piece of advice." In the span of time it took Sven to blink, and while he was doing so, Nickel rose from his seat, and sprinted over to Sven, being inches away from his face. "Don't assume things. Looks can be deceivin'. Now, I ain't tellin' you jack **** about the chief, and i'd say that you crossed the line of "Public menace" a long ass time ago. Now, you can either come with me, sit in a nice cozy prison cell, and tell me what the hell you're doin' here, or i can beat the stubborn outta you and drag the bloody mess that's left over to a a shithole cell and you're gonna talk whether you like it or not. 'Do i have your attention'?" The man mocked by saying in a similar tone to the one Sven had used in his threat. The way things were, blows were inevitable.

The Warden stopped for a moment. Had he just heard him right? "Do you mean to tell me you've met 123 before? And you knew she was with Orpheus? How the hell would you know that?" The warden demanded. "Who exactly are you, and i swear to god if you try and bullshit me with your roundabout answer's you're gonna taste blood. I am not in the mood for it." Ordinarily, Xerxes didn't much care about the fact he was never straight with him. He got the job done, and that was what he cared about. But when it came to Cierra, that was a touchy subject, especially when he was in this foul of a mood. Outlaw's life hung on how he answered that question. Aggravating a bear was probably safer than aggravating the warden right now.

"Man this is just not my day, first my hat now this?" Outlaw huffed. He had two options, one dodge Wardens questions and surely bring his rage and possible death, or answer directly and possibly bring his rage and death. Stephan was a gambling man, so he would take his chances on the second option. The first one have very low chances of escaping the warden alive, the second one had slightly higher chance. "Sheesh I will tell ya. Don't get your panties in a knot now." Stephan began. "For starters I never knew she was prisoner 123. I just made that connection now. Second, my name is Stephan Marks. I used to work for Mordecai, but was sick of his lies. I got in a fight and left for a walk, never to return. I adopted the name Outlaw soon after. So There you have it Stephan Marks, also known as Outlaw, at your service." Outlaw removed his hat, crossed one leg behind the other as he bowed. When he rose, he had a cocky smile on his face. "So are we still going to get revenge on that ******* Mordecai?" He asked sincerely.

Outlaw's Cocky grin turned to a frown when another person approached asking about his reaction considering it was a bird.
"What are you trying to defend that disease infested thing? Why would you? Birds are stupid. And that was my favourite hat! If you where listening you would have known that." He glared at Grim as he began to yell more. "Who are you anyways? Have you been following us? Don't you dare lie to me, I always know." Outlaw tipped his hat slightly as he glared at. He feared the possibility of the man having just heard his confession. Even if the Warden knew it was still supposed to be his secret. He didn't need some random ****** spilling it to everyone.

Gwen nodded. She Kept her eyes on Orpheus as she spoke to Emi. "Sorry for being pushy but you know what you need to do for us all to survive." Gwen still spoke in a calm leader like tone. Hunter after all was right, that man could betray them. But she was holding onto hope that he wouldn't. If they had to they would fight but against the Generals army, it wasn't likely that they would do well. Gwen's attention finally turned to Hunter, though her eyes remained on Orpheus. "You think if I said it in a nice tone you would listen? I know you Hunter and you have such a thick skull that manners don't work with you. If I want you to hear a word I am saying I can't be polite about it, I need to be firm about it. Second! You might not think I am intimidating now but the moment we get out of here one of my poison arrows is going straight into your chest. Maybe then you will figure out not to underestimate me got it? You are such an idiotic child sometimes. I don't know why I EVER admired you." Gwen was being firm, standing her ground against Hunter, but in the back of her mind she was hurt by his words. She always tried to show her strength and show people should fear here even if she was simply a girl of the shadows, but apparently that hope was lost.

In the woods on the outskirts of the Luster district a young luster girl walked among the trees. Her ears perked at the sound of rustling in bushes approximately 1 km away from her location. Leah poured a small amount of water out of the water bottle she carried with her into her hand. As soon as the water made contact it froze almost instantly in the shape of throwing knives. Leah was light on her feet as she moved among the trees towards her target. It wasn't long before she was close enough to see and throw her knives at a large rabbit that had been the source of the sound. One, two, both knives hit and killed the rabbit almost instantly. "Looks like I have dinner tonight!" Leah said cheerfully. She grabbed an empty bottle from her backpack and let the blood drain into it, before taking the rabbit for meat. Leah hummed as she walked back to the campsite she had set up a long time ago, it had become her home. More then once it had been wrecked by the creatures in this forest, but she fought them off each time and rebuilt.

Once back at her campsite Leah decided to create a campfire to enjoy the food she just caught, later that day she would go towards the human district to sell the blood she collected. Due to her lifestyle, she had plenty to spare.
"Lalalala I wonder how juicy this one will be?" She questioned as she roasted her meat. "Hopefully I can get into the human district easy enough later. I need the money. Can't just live off the things here in the forest." Leah was simply talking to herself. She was alone so much it was something she came accustom to doing. After all the only person she had to talk to was herself.

Hunter was genuinely surprised that Orpheus had accepted the deal, but he sure as hell didn't believe it. If there was anybody that knew how worthless somebody's word was, it was him. If he were in Orpheus' position, he'd probably either outright kill them all or give them some sort of hope and then crush it right in front of them, but so far he seemed to be doing neither of those things. What a missed opportunity, he thought to himself.

Things were only about to get worse from there though, as Gwen began her lecture. He tried to listen, he really did(not) but he just couldn't help himself. Right as his mind recognised it as a lecture, it immediately censored the words and came out as a string of words that could not possibly be understood.

Watching her mouth moving, he found himself wondering all kinds of things. First he wondered what her favourite colour was, then he wondered what kind of animals she liked, and then finally how long this would go on. He could feel himself being almost forced to care about somebody else, and that was not on. No amount of boring lectures would ever be allowed to do that, he'd rather die. Unsheathing his sword, he raised it in front of him. please, please just make it stop! he thought to himself as he prepared to run himself through the gut. Thankfully, it was at that point Gwen made the comment about not knowing why she had ever admired Hunter. Those were practically the only words that got through his thick skull.

"Weeeeeeell, I'm dashing, handsome, ridiculously strong, I kill anythin' that gets in my way, and to top it all off, I am the most entertaining man you'll ever meet in ya life" he responded, ever the egotistical man. He thought about it for a second. Something was wrong, something wasn't right, almost like he had lied there. He wasn't dashing, who even used that word anymore? "Okay, forget dashing, let's just turn it into awesome" he said, emphasising the word at the end.

Lilith blinked twice, looking at Beuce. What she had just heard, was the most amount of swearing she had ever heard in her lifetime. Part of her was a little surprised in all honesty, and part of her loved the way his foul little mind worked. "Have you ever thought about becoming a sailor? You've got the mouth for it. Buuuuuut that's not going to get you your marker back is it?" the girl teased. Blinking away from him, she carefully held up the marker and balanced it on her index finger. "Such a delicate little thing, why's it even so precious to you? I mean, it's a lovely marker, and I love taking just about anything but...it's still just a marker, nothing special about it" she stated, now flicking it up and catching it in her hand. "Although if you want it back that badly, I suppose I should give it back huh" she said, mischevious tone in her voice, before blinking over to Beuce and pulling his pants out just a bit (boy it was hot there), and dropping the marker down with a wicked little laugh at the end.

Reaching out with both his hands, Sven simply pushed the lustor back a bit, about a metre away from him. "So you're not one of them, but you're still stupid enough to threaten me? Normally I could let this slide, hell I probably still could, but you, stupid, picked a really bad time to piss me off. My friend's life is on the line, and I don't have time for this ****. If you won't tell me what I want to know, I'll just have to beat it out of you!" Sven said. Choosing now to use his lustor power, from out of his knuckles expanded three boney claws on each hand, much as they would look if he were wolverine, and he shot both his hands forward with ridiculous speed. Had he expected to hit, he was very much wrong. One moment his opponent was there, the next he was not, he was on the other side of the room. He's fast, very fast he thought to himself. His response to this action was to simply run forward a little bit and attack him with a slash both towards his torso and his legs. He couldn't go all out on this one, he had to keep him alive, so his combat abilities were severely limited.

She listened to the necromancers words. She cringed at the idea of assisting them in such a matter being that they were that of the devil's pawns. However, the pain of another always struck her heart, their suffering and anguish caused her to hurt as well. Her head nodded, gesturing in her complete cooperation.

"As you wish. Her survival for our safety." She moved in closer to the weak girl before them. Her eyes peered down at the wounds. "Everything will be fine, I promise." The knife she carried with her came out of its pocket as she slit her thumb open to pour out the healing blood.

She looked back at the others and sighed. "This is going to probably make her scream... loudly... Covering your ears would be advised." She warned before finally diving her thumb into one of the wounds, squeezing the plasma into her. Once removed she, covered her ears to let the painful healing process begin.

While Emi was healing her, Kai had his finer pointed at Orpheus. If he did anything funny, the blood bullet would escape his finger and cause intense poisoning in the general's body. He almost wanted to do it anyways. If he could get rid of Orpheus, many problems would be averted. The human district could be free and a huge hole in Mordecai's plans would be made.

"Watch yourself, commandant." He spoke to Orpheus, making him well aware of the position he was in.

Hunter was lucky that Gwen was not looking. His actions serious or jokingly where not acceptable. If she had seen surely he would have gotten a fist to the face. Although if she did go far enough to punch him she was unsure how that would turn out for her. Throwing insults and sarcastic remarks back and forth where one thing but punches where another. Sure Gwen was decently strong, she needed to be in order to use a bow with a heavy enough draw to do good damage and get good distance, but not strong in a way that she could fight close up. Her skills where limited to range. If she did piss Hunter off enough that he hit her back, she wouldn't take it as well as he could take one of her messes. Going too far with that boy would not be a good thing.

"Oh don't forget modest." Gwen piped in as she rolled her eyes. "But the fact of the matter is that I thought you had a similar sense of justice as I. However I was wrong, you don't kill Luster because they pick on or try to kill Humans you just like doing it. I want to protect them. I want to protect those helpless families that can't fight back when a Luster comes into our district just looking for a kill. No child deserves to go through what I went through. But who am I kidding you aren't listening to a word of this are you?" As she asked Hunter that question a loud scream rang through the air. Gwen finally started to focus on what she had been looking at again, Orpheus and the girl on the table. Gwen had no idea that Emi's healing process could be so painful. She could only hope that Orpheus didn't take the girls reaction the wrong way.

Cierra was sleeping relatively peacefully but the feeling of something being pushed into her back, and the pain that came with it jolted Cierra out of her sleep. Whatever was put in her back had been removed, she could tell that much, but the pain remained. It got worse in fact. Her eyes where wide but she didn't seem much, everything was blurry. As the pain became more unbearable she closed her eyes and let out a loud scream of pain. Her fists where clenched tight at her sides. Sobs could be heard between screams. Was this the end? Had someone come to torture her before she died. She never wanted to believe she would die, she had faith that Sven would return with the healer before she did, but this pain, she didn't believe the healer had come to help her. Perhaps Orpheus gave up and left and some random Luster. There was no way to be sure yet, she couldn't even bring herself to open her eyes.

The pain finally began to subside, and with it relief. Not only had the new pain that had jerked her out of her sleep start to leave but so did the pain from her injuries. Cierra's screaming subsided and simple uncontrollable sobs broke out. Without pain she couldn't understand why she was sobbing but she was. Her breaths became more steady and easy, she could breath again, there was nothing that seemed to be blocking air from entering or exiting her lungs any more. Cierra finally opened her eyes to be met with many new faces nearby, she turned her head to see Orpheus and a girl.
"Master Sven brought the healer?" Cierra's voice was raw from the screaming. But even though she was feeling better and it seemed she had been healed most likely by this girl, where was Sven. "Thank you... I owe you my life.... Master Orpheus." Cierra stated as she attempted to sit herself up. She had been enough of a burden and had slowed them down enough at this point. She was not going to sit there longer then she had to and slow them down more.

Leah had finished her dinner and started to pack up a few bottles of blood that she had sitting around from hunts. She checked that she had enough water in her water bottle and the swung her sword on her back. "Time to go get some money." Leah mumbled as she headed out of the forest. Before she exited, she put her hood up. Leah didn't overly like people, so whenever she went into town she always wore a hood and kept out of the way. She would skirt along the outskirts of the Luster district as long as she could before crossing to the entrance of the Human district that she generally used. The walk was generally a long one, but long walks where nothing new to Leah.

Stepping into the Luster district she sensed a tense vibe in the air. Leah considered checking out what it could be, but she knew she had come for one reason. If she got distracted chances where that she would not get around to what she was going to do, sell the blood. And if she didn't do that then there goes her money. And so the hooded figure started on her journey along the outskirts of the Luster district. She stayed in the shadows most of the time and avoided contact with other people.

Orpheus glanced over at Kai, the one holding a finger at him. He imagined the child's threat was more than met the eye. Perhaps some sort of projectile weapon was made out of his fingers...Orpheus said no words to the boy. Instead, he simply shot a glance at him which acknowledged his words, then began walking over to the still screaming Cierra. Most wouldn't see this as a hostile action. After all, he'd just made a bargain to save her life. One would expect him to make sure she was alright. As she calmed down, his shoulders relaxed from their tension. She was still lightly sobbing, but she was alright. Her life had been preserved, as the humans had promised.

Grabbing the back of her head and placing it against his chest, he held her against him to try and calm her down. "It would seem fate wants you to live. The healer found her way to us on her own." Said the necromancer. He held her for a moment, seemingly uninterested in the humans. However, this was not quite as innocent a gesture as it seemed. The undead silently shifted, subtly forming a blockade between the humans and their city. By the time anyone would realize what happened, they would be completely walled off. "Seize them."

Well crap. Looked like Orpheus had decided to be a ****** about it after all. At least he had his marker back. That was the important thing. Now he could focus on the coming fight. "Flame o-" "Beuce that's under copyright" "Oh...I'm getting fired u-" "That's from fairy tail." "...I-" "Probably that too." "Alright you know what screw this i'm just going to heat up." And heat up he did. The air around him began warping due to the heat he gave off. "So, think you can handle this many?" Beuce asked the air behind him as he got into a fighting stance. Immediately turning around and making it so he had his back to the spot he was standing in before, he got in a different one and spoke in a slightly altered voice. "Well, might be tough if one more shows up" Upon which he switched back. "Then that'll have to be the one i take care of" "What, you're fighting too?"

Damn it all! He knew this was a trick. The savior drew his sword with unmatched speed and got into a stance to take on the undead, but the timing could not have been more inopportune. Suddenly, sweat began pouring down his face, and he dropped to one knee, unable to hold his body up. The collective exhaustion from all his previous activities that day, fighting the undead, sprinting through the tunnel, battling feo, it all hit him like a wall at the same time. Panting feverishly, the green haired man managed to squeeze out a few curses between his gasps for air. He wouldn't be of any use until he recovered his strength, which wouldn't be any time in the helpful future.

Far faster than any human save for a Kenyan could hope to achieve, Nickel Jackson met Sven's charge. As he slashed at his feet, he jumped, and landed on his opponent's arm momentarily. This took an incredible deal of poise and balance to pull off, but all Nickel needed to do was see someone else do it. It seemed he had. Now that he was somewhat past his defenses, the dark skinned soldier ran in his heel across the man's jaw in a horizontal sweep, then as fast as a person could blink, he was on the other side of the room. It wasn't a particularly big room, so even without superhuman speed it wouldn't take more than a second or two to traverse it, but he did it so fast it was unbelievable.

The Warden glared daggers at outlaw. So, he's a deserter from Mordecai. Well, that explained a lot. "Hmph. So you're a lustor are you? Well, the more you know..." It had always seemed unnatural the way he knew the truth. In fact, he often talked like he didn't hear the lies to begin with, responding to something totally different. Maybe that was his power. The warden didn't seem overly angry at outlaw. He hadn't intentionally kept anything from him, and as long as he wasn't going to get in the way, he wasn't going to at all hinder his capture of the world's vermin, he couldn't care less about the man he used to be. "Why the hell wouldn't we? You'll get your revenge, same as I'll get mine."

That was when the other man showed up. His partner seemed hostile toward him for defending the bird which had ruined his hat. The warden just watched, and let outlaw do the talking. It was true, he'd know if they lied or not. Still, the wardens presence flooded the area, and would send chills down the spine of an ordinary man. As strong as he was in combat, intimidation was his strongest weapon. Fear was more paralyzing than any poison could ever be.

The vibe Leah had sensed wasn't simply her imagination. Far from it. From the wilderness of the woodlands, a minute after she had exited, followed another. This one had his face entirely hidden by shadows. He'd seen her retreat into the woods before. A pretty young girl, living all alone deep in the middle of nowhere. Classic target. He tailed her, staying somewhat out of sight. He knew she'd eventually catch onto his presence, but that was when the fun began.

At Orpheus' betrayal, Hunter turned around and pointed a finger accusingly at Gwen. "I told you so!" he yelled out in a booming, deep, and dramatic voice. This was all he had time to say, however, before the overwhelming mass of zombies advanced upon them. Without another word, Hunter grabbed his sword and leaped forward into the fray, despite the amount of things in front of him. This will be a good way to crack some skulls and relieve some of my anger. Wait a minute, I've always got that hatred dormant in me, can zombies get rid of that? You know what, scratch the anger, this will be a good way to crack some skulls, he thought to himself.

Lilith was way ahead of Hunter, both figuratively and literally. She hadn't seen the betrayal coming, not by a long shot, but her attention span had practically demanded she do something to spice things up a little. And what better way to do that than to ignite a war? Besides, she loved killing zombies. Blinking forward a metre every couple of steps, she had soon overtaken Hunter and was now surrounded by zombies. Most people would have been scared shitless there, but not Lilith. Oh no, this situation only brought a wicked grin to her face; now this was her element.

However, despite the enthusiasm and sheer confidence radiating from both of the two, eventually they both fell. Hunter took down at least eight undead around him before his bloodlust got the better of him and he literally threw himself at the undead. It turns out that isn't as good an idea as he had thought, and he soon found himself held down on the ground by several undead soldiers.

Lilith, on the other hand, was doing fantastically. Everytime an undead went to hit her, it found her on the other side of itself, teasing it before finally cutting its head off with both her daggers. She repeated this several times, but due to the energy her blinking took out of her she quickly found herself exhausted, and once that had happened she went down rather easily.

Sven's fight was going about as well as Hunter and Lilith's was, if that. He couldn't seem to find a way to hit his opponent. After the kick to the jaw, he was sent back a little bit, slowing down and skidding to stop himself. He could taste blood from that attack, and he didn't like it one bit. Crudely spitting out a little of the blood onto the floor, he was now realizing how stupid he had been with his approach to things. He had used a lot of blood from getting inside of the human district, and even more from killing some of the guards within. He was breathing heavily, and was swaying a little as he struggled to stand on his feet. But he wouldn't give up. He couldn't give up; if he did, Cierra was as good as dead. "I'm not going down, I'll never stop trying to kill you, not while Cierra's life is on the line!" he called out. With a sharp cry of pain and effort, he used a huge amount of blood within himself, and from that many, many short spikes appeared from his body, surrounding his body with a thorny armour of bone as he threw himself at Nickel, raising his arm up ready to strike as he did so.

With the girl seeming better Gwen gave a sigh of relief. Orpheus had walked over to and given the girl a hug. Everything seemed to be going well. Gwen picked up her bow and got ready to leave. But all wasn't as well as it seemed. She took only a single step away before the command was given to seize them. Immediately Gwen got into combat mode drawing an arrow and firing it at one of the undead. Hunter had yelled something at her, Gwen rolled her eyes. "Well it wasn't like we had much of an option anyways!" She yelled back before continuing to fire arrows in order to keep the undead at bay. The only problem was that the poison would not effect those who didn't have hearts to stop. She needed to focus on damage meaning more arrows into one target. Gwen had taken down a couple undead and was about to deliver the final blow to a third when she reached back for an arrow to find her quiver empty. The zombies started to close in around her. Gwen felt a similar fear to what she felt before in the tunnel. She glanced around at her comrades, most of which had been brought down already. Gwen had completely froze up when the undead reached her, forced her to her knees and held her in place. Gwen couldn't help but shake and let out a quiet sob. Once again she felt completely helpless and another panic attack was setting in, this time worse then the first. Gwen could not find any sort of strength to fight back.

Cierra's sobs eased as Orpheus held her. She never thought that Orpheus cared much for her, just kept her around to keep Sven happy. But on top of him saving her life he was right there first to comfort her, telling her fate wanted her to live. This was not the first time that she hadn't died. In jail she should have died. How she survived in there since she was seven was a mystery that she would never understand. "What does fate want with me? Why am I still here? What good am I, all I can do is serve. Like how I will now serve you in any way you need as long as it lines up with Master Sven's wishes." Cierra began to almost rambling. She slowly lifted her head from Orpheus's chest not long after he gave to capture order. She watched everyone be taken down by undead one by one, but Cierra didn't do or say anything, she simply watched. There was no expression on her face, she didn't seem to care. If it was Master Orpheus's wishes there would be a good reason for it. Orpheus rarely did anything without reason. Cierra already knew he was a tactic and rather smart. He was the one who taught her the basic of reading and writing. Sven taught her most other things that she knew now but Orpheus did have a hand. In fact more she thought about it more she could see that she wasn't completely nothing to him. "So what now master Orpheus?" She asked curious.

Leah's ears perked up as she heard a sound behind her though subtle. She turned around slowly searching the dark ally way behind her for who or what made that sound. "Hello? Who is there?" She said quietly as she stained her eyes more. Leah's hand moved back her sword. Although she didn't draw it she kept her on it's handle. Leah crouched slightly getting ready to fight. She could never be too careful. As a sixteen year old without a family or a home it could get dangerous.

Beuce, for the most part, was going all fist of the dragon up in here. Doing flips and karate and breathing fire and ****. He was a badass, but then he took an arrow to the knee. Yes, i went there. "OH GOD RIENZEL YOU SON OF A WHORE WHY WOULD YOU DO THAT TO ME THIS IS HORRIBLE!" *Snicker* "YOU *******!" Lol. Well Beuce was taken down by that archer over there. "I WILL END YOU RIENZEL!" As he lay there yelling various threats and swears at his writer, Orpheus walked over to the group after responding to the girl who appeared to be sex slave everyone just passed around over in the lustor district, probably going to make some long winded speech as villains tended to do.

"One cannot say what fate has in store for us. The only way to find out is for it to come to pass." Standing up straight, he ran his hand lightly across her hair, then walked over to the now captives. He looked upon each of them. The man who claimed to be the savior of the human race now seemed as though he'd just run a hundred miles at full sprint without having done anything. One man, who had been shot in the knee with an arrow, was blaming some unseen being named "Rienzel" for the situation he was in. Perhaps he was Schizophrenic. The red-haired woman who seemed as though she were the leader earlier was far from a commanding position now. It seemed she began having a panic attack. "Now, Cierra, we wait for Sven to return." He said to the girl behind him as several undead came and tied the various captives up.

"Oh and by the way, little miss S&M over there? Yeah i probably gave her like at least seven STDs, so have fun tapping that tonight. Hope you have a god's immune system." Beuce taunted. Orpheus simply glared at him, walked over, and raked an open fisted punch across his face. Given Orpheus' talon-like finger nails, the scratches were quite severe. Beuce spit out a bit of blood and gave a snorting laugh at the necromancer. "You hit like a *****."

Against Sven's full frontal assault, with the massive amount of bones springing from his body, most would have fallen. In fact, the speed Nickel had was the only thing that saved his life. Were it not for that, the dark skinned man would have perished right then and there. Quickly sprinting behind Sven, Nickel drew a crossbow and fired it, aiming for Sven's Achilles tendon. Rushing forward nearly as fast as the arrow flew through the air, Nickel stuck the but of the crossbow at Sven's neck, attempting to knock him unconscious.

From out behind the corner of the ally, stepped a horrifying man. Even with his hood up, one could tell that his face was far from normal. First off, it was a ghostly pale. Second, his mouth was stitched shut, yet in a twisted smile. At first, he was somewhat staring at the ground, but as he raised his head his eyes were revealed. The whites were quite the opposite of that. Instead they were pitch black with a dim red iris. Slowly his lips began to part, stretching the stitches which bound them, and a red liquid began leaking down his face from his eyes. A sound escaped the mouth of this monstrosity. It began as a low moan, but made its way into a shrill shriek. Walking toward the young woman, he dragged the sickle, caked with dried blood, along the wall of the alleyway, making an irritating scrape to add to this. As the man approached closer, his clothes became more twisted in their appearance. It seemed as though they were made of human skin, as some bones were even still inside. His cloak gave a small twitch. Whatever that thing was made from, in some sick sense, it was still alive.

A horrific cackle was made. "Are you afraid...?" Bartholomew asked. In reality, he actually looked fairly ordinary. Perhaps a bit pale, but nothing overly horrifying. All of this terror was nothing but an illusion, manifested by his powers. If one focused, they could see through it. But few had the iron resolve needed to look directly at such a sight directly.

As Grim listened to what the hatted man had to say, his attention briefly turned towards the other made that he was with. There was quite the aura about him, in fact if he was a normal person he would probably be more affected by it than he was at the moment. This one was definitely someone to be caution around. Once the man had finished speaking, Grim turned his attention back to him before giving him a response.

"Easy there cowboy, I could care less about the bird that crapped on your so called favorite hat, but seeing as you have an exact replica of said hat, this must've happened to you before." Grim started. He was curious as to what he meant by he would know if he was lying, so he decided to test it. "Me, I'm just a traveling musician and I happened to stumbled across your outburst earlier. it was quite the spectacle so I decided to approach you." There was a small but sneaking smirk on his face as he told his reason. "Now then, which part of what I said was a lie. If you always know then this should be easy for you." If he actually could accurate tell which part was a lie, then would tell the truth, for he would have his answer.

After looking at the last person out of the group who'd just shown up, Kasen turned his attention to the girl who was healing Cierra. That was quite the ability to have and despite the screams coming from the wounded girl, it seemed to have worked. At that moment Orpheus had commanded his zombies to seize the humans, an act that was somewhat surprising but not drastically so. The healer had served her purpose in this so it made sense for something like to to happen. The zombies did as they were commanded and Orpheus had approached them all. Not much was done to them, aside from the white haired guy, who'd gotten smack across the face.

Gwen stared up at Orpheus as he seemingly inspected each of his new captives, his prizes. As much as Gwen wanted to be strong, wanted to keep up her leaderly stature she couldn't. Tied up, kneeling in front of the general of the King's army she was completely and utterly helpless. Gwen eyes filled with tears and her breathing grew heavy. "Let me go! Let me go!" She began to thrash and scream. Her thrashing stopped relatively quickly as she began to tire but her screams didn't. That was not until one of the undead put a gag in her mouth. Gwen Continued to breath heavy through her nose, tears streaming down her face. So much for the leader act. In the end she turned out to be helpless and instead of encouraging her comrades and staying calm in the face of danger, she broke down. It was almost embarrassing, but Gwen was never good at keeping her panic attacks under control.

Cierra listened to Orpheus's wise words. She admired his intelligence, always have, even if not everything he said made sense to her. In all honestly she wouldn't be able to tell the difference in whether anything he said was truth or lie, but the way he said everything made him sound smart to her. She had a child like naive sense to her, not questioning what she was being told, believing everything with a wide eyed wonder. She didn't totally understand the concept of fate but she simply went along with what Orpheus had said. She knew eventually she would learn for herself what fate had in store and exactly what it was. To her it was not something so easily explained.

As Orpheus moved away from her to the new captives Cierra simply sat there and watched. She was always trying to learn so she watched how Orpheus would react in each situation, the entire time remaining silent herself. Although her focus was not completely on Orpheus. Her mind kept wondering where Sven was. She worried about him. Cierra was unaware of how long she had been passed out but regardless she felt he should have been back by then. Her attention was drawn back to the situation at hand when Beuce spoke up. Cierra slowly crossed her legs and began to grit her teeth a bit. She was still upset with that situation feeling both dirty and used. But it seemed that Orpheus was dealing with that too, once again protecting her.

As the man rounded the corner and showed his face to Leah, her hands trembling, drew the sword from her back. "Back off... Get away... Don't make me use this." Her voice and entire body was shaky as she held the sword in front of her with both hands. Leah began to step backwards away from the man, the beast before her. It wasn't long until the clumsy sixteen year old tripped over herself and landed on her butt. The sword was still in her hands outstretched in front of her. That was when she was asked if she was afraid. Not a word escaped her lips, instead just a slow nod. Leah was good with a sword, but only when she was not frozen in fear. "G-g-get away from me." She stammered as her trembling hands moved the sword higher in hopes she could protect herself though a sad effort it was.

Outlaw was at a loss for words when the man tried to get him to prove his ability. The fact was that outlaw could hear the truth but not the lie, therefore, he didn't know what the lie was. If he where to try to guess it might not go to far. Outlaw looked at The Warden then back to the man. "You came over when you heard the commotion. You seek order and where out trying to keep it in a sense." Outlaw stated what he had heard. Hopefully this was enough to show that the man could not lie to him. "Now, however, it is time for us to get some sweet sweet revenge." Outlaw smirked as he tuned away from the man. He had nearly forgotten about the hat incident while trying to figure out the truth and lie situation.

Hunter was squirming around, trying to get free. He was being held down by six undead as everyone was being captured. A violent jerk to the right saw his left hand be freed from the grip of the undead that was holding it, before he used that fist to shove another away. In a matter of seconds, Hunter had broken into full-on combat from the ground, fighting off the undead there until he was able to stand up. Acting swiftly, he leaped to his feet and dashed a short distance away. He continued going, simply palming the zombies out of his way as though he were racing to score a touchdown, and nimbly hopping to the side whenever one threw itself at him. Things were going amazingly, and why wouldn't they given who was performing it?

In the clear now, he stepped up his pace a little. If he kept going like this, he was almost certain to escape. It was at that point that his mind betrayed him. You know, we should probably make a sarcastic remark or insult them. Make us seem more awesome, and style points always mean something his mind spoke to him. The logical side of him (he forgot it existed sometimes) retorted by stating how stupid it was, that stopping to say something would only wind up in him being captured. Not sure what to do, he continued his fantastic escape, and then he heard Gwen call out.

Immediately, all sense of logic vanished and his ego took over. He turned around and took a deep breath. "Your stiffs need improvin', they couldn't hit the wide side of a barn if their li- er, previous life depended on it! Hang in there Ginger, they'll let you go soon enough. The only one that's even worth keepin' a hostage is me, nobody would want the rest of you. And I'm out of the question, I am 100%, absolutely guaranteed to esca-" he began, before he was leaped onto by 8 undead soldiers and pinned to the ground. Soon after, six more followed, now forming a massive pile on top of Hunter so that he would have absolutely zero chance of escape.

Sven didn't see either of the attacks of Nickel coming. His mind was focused on the battle at hand, and though he was concentrating on nothing but defeating Nickel, the sheer speed of the lustor before him made it ridiculously difficult to target him. The arrow that Nickel had fired didn't penetrate the bony armour, bouncing off it harmlessly and falling onto the ground, but the hit from the but of the crossbow hit home. Regularly, the hit probably wouldn't have knocked him unconscious, but a combination of the fatigue from battle and the sheer amount of blood loss caused him to fall forward onto the ground with a loud thud. The bones retracted into him, Sven no longer having the concentration to keep it up, and the Bloodbone could only reach out with one hand outstretched towards Nickel, as though he were trying to grab him and strangle him from the ground. There was only one thing going through his mind as the last ounce of will to stay conscious left his body.

For story purposes, I request that everyone's next post be their last for this day. I'll be doing a time skip afterwards. I'll give you all a few days.

There was nothing they could have done now. It was a fate that was going to happen and they all knew it. Orpheus was not a man of honor. He was a man who did his job and played strategic. Some would see this as a weakness, in some ways it was, but in others it was a strength. Nevertheless, evil was in his nature and given the power to control the undead would force them all to lead into being captured.

The white haired lustor used her adrenaline to swipe at the incoming lustors with the large Greatsword on her back. If it wer in different circumstances, she'd have expected the casual joke from Hunter about a heavy weapon fighting lolita. Regardless, the adrenaline rush would lose its battle against time, her arms becoming to weak to lift the sword anymore, the horde of zombies taking over her quickly.

Alongside, Kai couldn't do much himself. He continued to try and take a shot at Orpheus with the bullets of blood, each shot missing due to the large horde coming down at them. "Damn! Not again!" He struggled to break free, but the situation had become quantity over quality and there was no return from this point. Having a way to be saved was going to have to be left to the people who called him Chief. But it never came.

    The group had been captured...

He sat on the wall, a grin over his face. "And that is how the door will be opened. That Orpheus fellow makes it a real treat as well given his gift."

He sat on his throne, a lifeless expression over his face. "I understand, demon. Given your assumptions and how accurate the prediction's you've made, I have no choice but to believe your words. Tomorrow I will initiate it. The power of a Deity will soon be in my hands."

"Angels, Demons, Spirits... Gods... all exist. Immortality soon can be yours.. Lord Moredecai."

Grim was actually partially shocked that he'd actually managed to trick the hatted man. In fact he decided to keep the lie going for a bit longer to see just what these guys were up too. "Correct, normally one doesn't scream in public for no reason so I decided to see what was going on." He had to be carefully about what he said now, this time he wasn't trying to test anything out and didn't want to be caught lying this early. As the man turned away the word revenge had caught his interest. "Revenge against who exactly?" He toked a few steps behind the hatted man to ensure that his question would get answered.

Deep in the woodland there was a wounded body of a medium size deer. Its legs were injured to the point where it couldn't run anymore and thus was resting on a nearby tree. There was a trail of blood stretching from where the deer currently was to where it sat now. Odds were that the poor creature had just barely escaped an encounter with a fierce predator and it could only hope that it wouldn't get found. Too bad hope only gets you so far. Breaking the tense silence surrounding the area, a rustling in a nearby bush quickly grabbed the attention of the deer. The source of the rustling was a wolf that wore a hungry expression on its face.

This particular wolf was the main reason the deer was injured, proven by the blood on its fang as its bared them towards the wounded deer. There was nowhere for it to go and nothing that it could do. The deer was destined to be nothing more than a meal to the wolf that quickly lunged towards it to finish what it had started.

In the trees above the now eating wolf was another creature, this one was the human Dominic. He'd watched the scene take place before him, waiting for the perfect chance to strike. With each passing second the wolf grew closer to being finished with its recent prey and Dominic took out one of his twin blades from its sheath in anticipation. The wolf had taken one final bite of its prey before turning to find someplace to rest and it was at that instant that Dominic allow himself to fall from the tree and land right on the wolf, its blade piercing the creatures head.

Unlike the wolf who killed for food, Dominic killed for the sheer thrill of it. Which is why all the time that he's spent in the woods might been the best time of his life. Each day killing something different using various tactics. For each successful one he moved on to another prey and so on and so on. now this was the day that he was going to head back into the city. He'd honed his skills will enough to handle almost anything that decided to cross him.

With a devious smirk on his face he removed the blade from the wolf's skull and quickly sheathed it before walking away from the two corpses. If they didn't decompose first, then some scavenger would be pretty lucky. His walk had lead him to the lustor district where he casually walked. Despite his past reputation, he wasn't worried all that much about being recognized by anyone. Compared to how he looked back then, there were little similarities between the two versions of himself.

His walk had eventually lead him to see some strange figure approaching some girl. Normally Dominic wouldn't really care about what was going on before him, but seeing as how the girl was the same girl from the forest, not to mention his prey, of course he was going to start caring.

Naturally he was going to intervene, but he had to be careful about it. His opponent this time wasn't someone he could just walk up to, shank with a hidden blade, and walk away like nothing happened. If he could, then he would cept with less stealth and more bloody murder.

No for this one the actual sane part of his mind was needed, which was find so long as his true intentions were hidden, the means to get to his goal didn't matter in the slightest. So he drew one of his two twin blades and pointed them towards the sickle welding man. "Not so fast." Dominic said, internally sighing at what was the best thing that he could think to say.
