Not turning his head when he spoke to Sven, his response was one slightly different from one he would usually make. "Understood" was all he said. Normally he probably would have made some remark about his opponent not lasting long, or the fight being too easy for him to find any joy in it, but he had no doubts in his mind that The Warden would be tough. He had heard the stories, they all had, and the very thought of fighting such a man sent chills down his spine, but he would have to do it. After what he did to Cierra, he's going to have die. He's not going to leave this battle with enough of him to ever do anything like that again, Sven thought to himself as he took a step forward.

Turning his head slightly now, he opened his mouth to add something else. "Orpheus, I don't plan on dying here, but if I should, take care of Cierra" he said. The tone he spoke in suggested that it was not simply a request, but more of an order. As he said, he had no intentions of dying and planned to leave as a victor rather than a corpse, but he was not going to underestimate his opponent. The Warden was a legend or a nightmare, depending on the person hearing the tales, but one thing was sure; he was not to be taken lightly. With that in mind, he took another step forward and stood with his feet spread apart slightly, poised in such a way he could move freely and strike quickly, but he would not handle head on attacks very well should they hit.

Gawain said nothing. He knew that the Warden was right about the reason he had evaded him for so long. The first time they had battled, it had been the element of surprise that had saved him. The rest of the times, it was a combination of his strength and flexibility in his fighting style. There was no denying that he had not won any of the engagements though, not even the first. For all Gawain's strength and combat capability, The Warden was an opponent that very few would be able to be taken down by a single warrior.

Gawain was about to launch an all-out attack until he saw what Orpheus did. He was familiar with the concept, but he didn't approve of it. Sending one man against The Warden was suicide, even if it was somebody as skilled as Sven. As much as he wanted to respect the warrior's code and leave the two to duel, his morales prevented him from simply sitting there and watching somebody die. Even if you are as good as you claimed, even if you beat me senselessly with both fists and whip, I am not going to allow you to fight alone, Gawain thought to himself.

Maye smiled, tilting her head. "Oh please Warden~ I didn't come here to get in your way. I was just rather surprised how you found her. Truth be told, I thought it was gonna be some wild goose chase all over the districts to find her. Would've made the whole thing much more fun going from place to place. But man, did you find her in just a matter of an hour or two. You should tell me how you found her once this is all over." She then turned to the white haired man that came to her. "Beuce was it. Pleasure to meet you. As much as you think of me in that sense, you shouldn't be mistaken. I really don't have the mindset of where you make your "pencil" disappear. Even if I was in a mood for magic tricks, I'm just a poor, fragile human being unlike the other girl you took in. Woe me~" She tossed away the empty bottle behind her which then shattered. "Alas, I should depart here soon. All this talk and nonsense of killing each other makes everything feel all the more dreadful. It's bad for me and my clients. No one likes a moody woman." She sighed, crossing her arms and staring at the fight between the two. "If things go bad, I might just have to act..."

So much was going on around her. Cierra watched the warden take out multiple undead without much of a though and now Orpheus was sending Sven at him... by himself. Even Cierra knew that it was a bad idea. She wasn't smart, she wasn't as skilled as most but she knew when a line should be drawn. Cierra looked around at those around her seeing who else might be there to help... There was Beuce but he was busy flirting and even if he wasn't Sven didn't like him and would not allow him to fight alongside him. Orpheus simply hid behind his undead, which he stopped sending after the warden after the last time. Most soldiers where shaking in their boots. But then there was the one other one. He seemed to stand up to the warden and they knew each other. Not in a friendly way however, the half blood was another of the Wardens targets. Cierra wondered what he had done to deserve such punishment. Either way as it seemed the half blood was not able to defeat the Warden. They where going to need more help.

With shakey knees Cierra stood up trying to suppress her fear. One of the chains slowly raised up and Cierra tried to figure out what to do. Her eyes caught a shard of bone from one of the undead. Cierra started to run towards it. She picked it up and forced the smaller end through her chain. She then used her powers to throw it at The Warden. If her idea went as planned, she would throw it and hook the smaller part into his arm with a club and pull it back. She tried to restrict his arm movement as long as she could knowing he would probably over power her telepathy soon enough.
"Now Sven!" She yelled out trying to hold the Wardens clubbed hand back giving an opportunity for Sven to strike. If she helped enough that Sven could take down the Warden then she was safe, if not, her fate was sealed.

Xerxes was quick to react to Cierra. He'd been keeping an eye on her the whole time. He could guess that her fighting style revolved around those chains from the injuries his guards had. Not only that, they were burned at the neck by them. He guessed that she had some sort of heat power with her chains. He was cautious about it, but he grabbed the chain, stopping the bone from penetrating his arm. Even if he hadn't, there was the likelihood it wouldn't have gotten through his armor, but he didn't know what else she could do. He couldn't take that chance. He could feel the heat of the chains through his armor, but it wasn't enough to burn him. Perfect. With both hands, he grabbed the chain and jerked it toward him, attempting to swing the girl on the other end to him. If it worked, she may skid along the ground a bit, but he didn't care. Knowing full well this might invite some attacks, he held his club backhand as he pulled, ready to fend off attackers.

Orpheus shook his head at Sven's order. "If you want your pet to be safe, then don't simply try to win the fight. Win. That's what her safety rides on." Orpheus said grimly. If he knew Cierra would be safe if he died, he'd try his hardest to win the fight. If he knew that if he died, so would she, he'd go beyond his limits to save her. Lustors were an evolution of humans, and that power of emotion was in their most base instincts. Not only to protect yourself, but to protect the ones you care about. Orpheus knew full well the capabilities of this power, and knew how to use it to his gain. "But don't think you'll be fighting alone. I will assist you." Orpheus said, drawing his blade. He was fairly skilled in swordsmanship, but his body wasn't the strongest. He was more a tactician than a soldier. Still, he could hold his own in a fight, especially with his inherited power.

Since his attempt at getting in the saddle with may seemed to have fallen through, he decided he could probably help with the main plot going on right now. He walked over to Sven with an uncharacteristically serious look on his face. "I know you might not like me right now, but that guy is harder than you think to take down. if you want to win, you're going to need all the help you can get. So, truce?" Beuce said, sticking his hand out for a handshake. However, this wasn't as friendly a gesture as one would expect. He heated up the palm of his hand so that when Sven grabbed it, he would burn himself. What a dick move.

Sven looked at Beuce suspiciously. Here he was offering a truce, which was a little odd considering he had just been hit by Sven. Either way he was right, they would need all the help they could get. Even with Orpheus fighting, it still probably wouldn't be enough. Like it or not, the best option was a truce, it appeared. But there was no shaking his hand. Sven wasn't stupid, he hadn't forgotten the burning from his hit earlier. "Fine, I'll fight alongside you. Get in my way though, and I'll take you down faster than you can blink an eye" he responded.

Turning his attention back to Cierra, he saw the chains wrapped around the Warden, but what he also saw was the club. It would be exceptionally dangerous to try and engage him at close range, but there really wasn't much of a choice. This may very well be the only opportunity he had to actually strike the Warden. Rushing forward, a bone extended from his arm, forming a protective cover in the shape of a blade as he swung his weapon at The Warden's feet.

Gawain stopped momentarily as he saw the agreement between Beuce and Sven. It was interesting, the way that the two that had just been in conflict now seemed to be allies. What was more interesting though was that Orpheus was going into battle himself. He knew that the general was very strong with his undead at his side, but without them rumour had it that he wasn't particularly threatening. Either way though, if he died that would make things very difficult for Lord Mordecai indeed, and could even lead to a turnaround. He would not allow that to happen, he would not allow Orpheus to die. Striding forward with wide steps, he then jumped up into the air and raised his blade above his head. Swinging it down with tremendous strength, he unleashed a vertical slash onto the Warden.

Cierra didn't expect the Warden to be watching her and notice her attack so quick. She wasn't the threat in this fight, and even though she was his target, it wasn't worth his while to keep an eye on her at this point. Unfortunately that was not how things turned out. The Warden knew to keep an eye on her and was able to stop her attempt of distraction. She hoped that at least the Warden would be distracted enough to allow Sven or any one really to attack. Perhaps if they where able to get one hit then they could injure him enough to keep going and fend the warden off.

Cierra felt her chains being yanked instead of her yanking him. Cierra heard a small pop from her shoulder as the sudden yank had dislocated her shoulder. She let out a small whimper as she flew through the air. It took till after her face hit the ground only feet away from the Warden for Cierra to actually think of heating her chains once again. She was attempting to take the Warden by surprise but instead she was taken by surprise because of how quick the Warden had reacted to her attack. Her attempt at helping had only ended up with her getting hurt. She could only hope that the Warden would drop her chains as he heated them and give her a chance to escape.

With her one good arm Cierra tried to pick herself up a bit despite her chains still in the Wardens grip. Cierras nose was bleeding. The blood dripped over her mouth as she looked on at what happened. Sven had in fact taken the chance to attack, not only him but Gawain as well. It seemed that her pain was not for nothing, or so she hoped. Cierra had to wait and see what the Warden did. If he reacted as quick as he did with her it was possible he would find a way to fend off both of them, but at this point Cierra couldn't tell how it would turn out.

The warden felt the heat of the chains increasing through his armor. It was a sure sign they would continue to do so. He had to get rid of them fast. With a strong heave, he hurled the girl by her chains at the white haired, bone wielding lustor who ran toward him. Not having time to see if that had stopped him or not, he only just barely hard time to swing his club, colliding with Gawain's blade and knocking it off course. The warden backed off. The immediate blow had been countered, and he had to ready for the next.
Orpheus was quick to react, supporting Sven. If Cierra made contact with him, it'd be more than just the force of impact that hurt him. Her body temperatures were high enough to easily burn him. With the prolonged exposure from crashing into him, it'd injure him quite a bit. "Sven!" He called to his subordinate. As fast as lightning, one undead split another in half via a greatsword. Orpheus quickly rolled into the radius of the dead zombie and waved his hand, picking up the top half and launching it at Sven, immediately followed by the bottom half. His telekinesis wasn't strong enough to lift them both together, but separately was a different matter. Just in the nick of time, the body parts flew in the path of the two, acting as a barrier. They would absorb some of the impact and minimize contact between the two.

Xerxes, however, was living up to his reputation of his relentlessness. He tossed out two of his hooks, each latching into a shoulder of the young lustor girl. As blood splashed out, he realized it was boiling. So that was the source of her heat. He could even use her as a weapon. With a heavy two handed haul, he jerked the girl once again off the ground and threw her at the general. A deep grunt of effort was heard as he put all his strength into the toss.

However, there was one more combatant to make their move. Beuce quickly intercepted the toss, catching Cierra and stopping her from actually hitting Orpheus. He fell backwards and landed on his back, the girl on top of him. "Hey Sven, this position is pretty familiar! Maybe it's from when i slept with your girlfriend!" He reached around to her back and attempted to pull out the hooks, but something unexpected happened. a shrill sound which Beuce interpenetrated as "Here i come! Caw caw mutha fucka!" In a rather ghetto voice hit his ears. The warden's bird swooped down and scratched at Beuce's face. pushing off Cierra, he wildly swung his arms at it. "Oh dear god Hayabusa please no! SO THIS IS WHAT GLEN FELT LIKE!"

Sitting on the ground seeing as both Sven and Gawain where about to attack, Cierra felt fairly safe. Her chains where far to hot for the Warden to hold onto much longer and he needed to worry about the other two not her. Although it seemed this accusation was wrong. Instead of letting go of her chains he used her as a way of blocking and counter. Cierra was jerked once again from her seated position and was sent flying at Sven. Her chains had left Xerxes's hands meaning she could cool them now, but she had no time to react or thing about it. Her entire body would be searing hot, not safe for most humans or lusters to touch. However due to Orpheus's quick thinking, she didn't have to concern herself with hurting Sven as Orpheus threw an undead to separate them, minimizing contact. As she hit Cierra looked up at Orpheus with grateful eyes. His quick reaction had saved Sven a lot of pain and her a lot of guilt. Before Cierra had a chance to speak and express her gratitude, she let out a cry of agony. Two hooks had wedged their way into her shoulders. Tears filled her eyes as the pain only grew. The dislocated shoulder, though painful was bearable but this however was getting to much. Cierra only prayed that as the Warden dragged her towards him she would make her death as quick as possible. But the Warden didn't show that much mercy. Instead of dragging her to him and ending her life he yanked her again throwing her at Orpheus like she was some kind of weapon. Her searing skin was a weapon though, one she was just learning to fully control, but it was now controlled by someone else via chains that hooked into her shoulders. These chains where much thicker and made of a different metal. She couldn't manage to transfer her heat through them all the way to Xerxes's hands.

It was only seconds between the hooks hitting and Cierra being thrown at Orpheus. Orpheus was quick but she didn't know if he was prepared to avoid her. Cierra's eyes closed tight not wanting to see the outcome. Tears streamed down her face as she flew threw the air. When she had come to a stop something seemed off to her. The body she landed on top of seemed more muscular then Orpheus would be. For the general of the army he was somewhat scrawny. Cierra's tear filled eyes opened to see a white haired man in a red coat trying to dislodge the hooks from her shoulders. All noise around her seemed to fade slightly. It seemed that all Cierra could focus on was her pain and nothing else.

As Beuce tossed her to the side to deal with the bird her mind started to fill with not only physical pain but emotional pain as well. She was scared and angry and sad and disappointed in herself. Long ago she had turned off her emotions and created a shell to hide behind. She had not cried because of anything other then pain in a very long time. But over the time with Sven those walls slowly where chipping and coming down. Sven had always been so nice to her. He not only helped her away from the Warden but he took very good care of her and helped her relearn a lot of things she should have already known and learn some new things. He had helped her hone her skills too. As time went by she developed feelings for him and slowly started to let her barrier down more and more little by little. Each time she did this is seemed to crack it slightly when it was time to put it back up due to a situation that would have hurt her or made her uncomfortable. Even Orpheus had helped her demolish the barrier. Although he had a habit of being overly harsh the man gave her direction and a purpose. He was the one to keep everything in an order he gave her a place within his army and the strict structure of the army helped her due to her only knowing a strict structure from the jail. Her entire remembered life before that was ruled by structure and rules. To have little to none of that would have been a major shock to her system. Under Orpheus's lead she knew where she belonged and would remain there, within the structure of the army. But now it seemed all that was being taken from her once again. Cierra laid on the ground crying out of pain, sadness and fear. The barrier she had made to keep her emotions in had fallen down leaving only a pile of rubble. She couldn't contain it any longer. All there was left to do was lay there until the Warden either used her as a weapon once again, killed her, or threw her back in jail where she would likely die due to her injuries.

After narrowly avoiding being burned beyond belief, Sven fell to the ground with a thud. Despite the zombie remains blocking Cierra off from him, he had still been knocked to the ground. "Thanks, Orpheus" he said to the necromancer. He stood up and looked at the bone armour that surrounded his left arm. Maybe if he used it properly, he could negate a lot of the force that the Warden had behind the swing of his club. Maybe. He was about to go forward and make his move when he heard Beuce's comment.

It took every ounce of his willpower to resist going to the side and attacking Beuce for what he said. He wanted to race over, to tear him apart limb from limb if he could, but that would only risk Cierra's life as well as everyone else's, leaving the Warden free reign to slaughter everybody nearby. "Hope he knows how to run, he's going to need it after this" he said quietly to himself. Taking off launching from his right foot, he dashed in the direction of the Warden and as he raced over he let himself fall over, sliding beneath The Warden. As he felt the blood vanishing from his system, he caused several round pillars of bone to project from his chest and slam into The Warden's armour underneath.

His blade knocked aside like it was nothing was something that Gawain had hoped The Warden wouldn't do, but had expected him to do. It was an intelligent move and the best one he could have made, but the question now was what was his next move? He reached a decision rather quickly, doing what was probably something that no warrior would expect. He lifted his blade and with one hand swung it directly at The Warden's club, hoping to keep it in place as he lashed out with his other hand curled up in a fist at The Warden's face with surprising speed.

Gawain's tactic was detectably successful. Not even the warden was strong enough to overpower the incredible strength of the half-blood. A balled fist flew at the warden's face, but with a tilt of the neck, he was able to avoid it. This was it. This was his chance to get a hit in on Gawain. "You're mine." A splurt was heard. The next thing that anyone knew, the point of a steel hook was peering from between gawain's lips. if one followed it, they'd find it curved through a gaping hole in his cheek and was being held by the warden. A dark, twisted laugh was heard from the hulking giant which commanded the hook. Were it not for the interference of Sven, he may well have succeeded in killing the man right then and there.

A pillar of bone slammed into the warden's chest with intense force. While his armor was thick enough to prevent any actual puncturing of the skin, the impact alone was enough to knock back the warden. He groaned, as that had hurt quite a bit. However, once he realized the positioning of his foes, he was glad that Sven had done that. While laying on his back, he grabbed the correct chain and swung it in the direction of Sven. However, it's high elliptical path made it go easily over his head. He was in no danger of having a steel chain slap against his face, but that wasn't the warden's true intention. Sitting on either side of Sven was one of the chains attached to Cierra's back. He hauled back the chains, flinging Cierra once again off the ground toward him. If this worked, Cierra would be impaled by the bone spikes on the boy's back, and her blood would splatter on him, burning the flesh from his body. After that, all he had to worry about was Orpheus and Griffin. The latter of which should be easy enough with the wound that the warden had given him.

Orpheus scowled. With the angle he was at, there was no stopping the collision this time. The only way Sven would escape was by his own capabilities. Gawain now had a hook digging into the side of his face. That only gave the warden an attachment to manipulate his body with. Although he could fling him about like he could Cierra without the cheek ripping open, it could easily give him the opening he needed to crush his skull. Orpheus ran over to Gawain, commanding several of his undead to hold the man down. "This is just a precaution. Pain causes flailing often. Listen to me, I want you to hold exceedingly still." He grabbed the side of the hook, with a hard yank, the side of his cheek gave way and out came the hook. Tossing it on the ground, an axe wielding undead split the chain from the hook, limiting the weapons the warden had. "This man...The legends about him are well deserved. He's using us against each other. I can see why so few have ever escaped capture." Orpheus glared at the warden.

"Dick move! Dick move!" Beuce shouted at the bird he dubbed Hayabusa as it did a hit and run tactic, scratching up his face. He heated up his face as much as he could, but the bird didn't seem to care all that much. At this rate, he'd have to take off his gauntlets. He'd have to go all serious and badass...against a bird. ugh. Of course he would. Steam rolled off of Beuce from the sheer heat he gave off. He ripped off the mask, unlatched his gauntlets, and threw back his coat. They all crashed to the ground with a considerable amount of weight. this left him with nothing but a black leather chestplate, his arms exposed. The air around him distorted, bent, and twisted. the heat waves warped the air around him. Even simply standing next to the man would be like standing in a furnace. He glared at the bird, who seemed to be taunting him by circling in the skies. Two can play at that game...

From seemingly nowhere, he pulled a wooden tiki mask with what appeared to be an ancient tribal equivalent of a troll face on it. He did a mocking dance, attempting to spur the bird into action. "ohohoho oooooohoooo" The dance ended with a pelvic thrust. Apparently this worked, as the bird was very cross and nose dived toward him. Jumping up, he focused all the heat through the palm of his hand and burned the bird through the air, causing it to plummet to the ground. Once there, it was over. The white haired lustor walked toward it to finish the job. Grass around him turned brown to black, and died from the heat. Slowly, his palm descended onto the feathered animal. With one final motion, a curled fist plunged into the animal's face, kiling it instantly and leaving a smoldering circle on the ground to mark its grave. Now, he'd go help fight the warden but seeing as he was probably hot enough to burn anyone around him right now, he'd probably hurt the others as well. On the bright side, Sven was more than welcome to tackle him when the fight was over.

Sven's eyes opened wide in panic as he saw Cierra being flung at him. If she landed on his spikes, she would be killed and the dripping blood would leave himself permanently crippled if not killed also, and if he simply retracted the spikes she would slam into him and he would burn anyway. Acting quick, he threw himself to the ground and out of the way of Cierra. Sacrificing some more of his blood to retract the spikes now, he was beginning to feel a little light headed. If he wasn't careful, he would pass out soon and if that happened the chances of survival were slim at best. This Warden was proving to be everything that people said about him. The boy got up quickly, making sure to keep an eye on the Warden as he did so, and quickly began considering his options. At this stage, they were getting fewer and fewer.

Gawain groaned in pain as the hook was ripped out of his face. It took every bit of him to keep from thrashing, from trying to crush the undead that held him down, and taking down General Orpheus at the same time, but he held strong. Gawain Griffin's determination was equally as strong as his physical strength, thankfully. At Orpheus' comment, a grin appeared on Gawain's face; an unusual thing to see in those grim moments, but it wasn't one of happiness, it was one that may be seen on a madman of sorts, of someone that was about to make a gamble with their life. Still showing that grin, he picked up the hook that the undead had put onto the ground.

"If you want to bring him down, you're going to have to outsmart him. Surprise him, hit him with something he'll never see coming. At least, that's how it works for me" Gawain said. Without another word, he was gone, taking off back towards his foe. He wasn't in good physical condition by a long shot after the wound he just suffered and the whipping he had endured earlier, but if there was one thing that could be said about the swordsman it was that he was a fighter, he was always refusing to go down. Racing straight past Sven, he didn't even slow down to help him, and he leaped up into the air and shot his hand forward. In that hand was the hook that had been in his cheek only minutes before. "Looks like you dropped something, thought you'd want it back!" he shouted as he swung his sword in his right hand at The Warden and the hook in his left hand at The Warden, the blade aimed for the head and the hook for his stomach.

Laying on the ground in great pain and self pity, Cierra watched the fight through a film of water as tears cascaded down her face. Sven and Gawain together seemed to be well on their way to gaining the upper hand. This didn't last long however. Cierra let out a loud cry of agony once again as the chains that dug into her shoulders where yanked once again. She was flying straight for Sven, or more so the pillars of bone sticking out of his back. At the rate she was flying, she would surely hit them. Cierra closed her eyes and awaited the cold sharp pain of bone stabbing through her, and the warm embrace of death. It almost sounded welcoming at this point. Yet it didn't come. She slowly opened her eyes again wondering if she misjudged the distance, but she didn't. Sven had both retracted her bone pillars and ducked out of the way. Cierra just prayed that none of her blood would hit him as she flew by. She wasn't bleeding that much due to the hooks blocking the gaping holes in her shoulders, but she was bleeding and every drop of her blood was boiling. She didn't want to hurt Sven. She never wanted to. Looking back up as she flew through the air she realized another problem. The half blood was attacking the Warden. She was about to collide with both of them. Even if Gawain was to get out of the way that still left her colliding with her worst fear. She would fall at his feat and have no escape. The moment his hooks gouged into her back she had no escape, she knew this. The Warden had a reputation for that. The moment you where hooked by him you where his. She could accept that for the most part, she didn't have much choice but that didn't stop her from being scared out of her mind. She closed her eyes once more and felt her body crash and fall to the ground. Cierra refused to open her eyes. She whimpered but besides the one whimper cried silently on the ground.

As Kasen continued to watch the fight before him, gathering what ever information that he could, he interest was mostly targeted at the Warden. While the other lustors powers did give him a reason to bump them up on the threat scale, the Warden was single handily fighting a 5 + summoned zombies vs 1 fight and was holding up well. That made things troubling should he ever find a reason to face him.

There were numerous things aside from his fighting capabilities that Kasen could see as a threat. His chains gave him a increased attacking range and despite his ability being a possible counter to said chain, he'd rather not got hooked if he could have anything about it.

At this point he was more concerned with trying to find of way of defeating the giant. While he knew that there were other people that at his current state he either wouldn't be able to or have severe difficulties in fighting, if you could fight this well against 5 people, then at this moment.

Hell, the main reason he hadn't done the who 'appears to have a way to win' offer was cause he didn't have any idea on how to turn the tide, let alone win. If he was a more reckless man then reasoning wouldn't matter in the slightest. He'd just blindly charge in there, hopping for the best. However, that would be as drastic of a change as Beuce not breaking the 4th wall.

If his chameleon power could be use whenever he choose to use it, then things would be a lot simpler, but since they couldn't and the only thing that he could think of was to throw his weapon at him while he was un noticed, a plan he didn't see ending well, his best option was to wait for either a point where throwing his weapon would work out or until something else useful was said.

Orpheus was amazed as Gawain got right back up, even after enduring an injury like that. He was a soldier if there'd ever been one. Catch him off guard...Do something he'll never see coming. A thought struck across the mind of the general, but it was exceedingly dangerous. Not to mention cruel and unusual even if it did work, but given the direction of the fight, it may well be their only chance at victory. If Gawain and Sven did fail to protect Cierra, then he had a plan to defeat the warden. "Something he'll never see coming..." Orpheus muttered beneath his breath. Immediately, he backed away from the warden. The expression on his face was a glare. After all this, he showed no sign of fear for the warden. Instead, it was a look that had appeared on the field of battle more than once before. Orpheus had a plan. A tactic for victory. As he backed off, he gave the signal for Sven to follow in his footsteps. They were going to win.

As Gawain jumped at him with hook and blade, the warden knew he couldn't stop both. But he knew his own hooks well enough to know they wouldn't cause any serious damage to someone heavily armored enough. It might get through the plate, but would get caught in the chainmail beneath. Holding the handle of the club in the way of the sword's path to stop contact with his neck, he let the impact go through. The hook dug into his armor, and the force it did so with caused a fair bit of pain, but not as much as he was about to cause. As Gawain's hand, the hook grasped in it hit his chest, he swung an enormous fist at the man's elbow, attempting to snap it inward. He needed to throw Gawain off of him quickly, and get back onto his feet. Quickly, he rolled his body, attempting to adjust Gawain to act as a shield against Cierra.

Beuce winced, watching that fight. The warden was one tough S.o.B. Made him not wanna tangle with him. Besides, zombie boy seemed to have a lightbulb above his head. Neat trick considering lightbulbs weren't invented yet. Beuce began to sneak away from the battlefield, hopefully undetected. He should probably cool off and see what else there was to do...Maybe that hot redhead with the nice ass would be around here. He remembered something about a secret tunnel that lead out of the human district. Wouldn't it be something if he just happened to stumble upon the exit to that. Heh. hehe. Plotmodding OP.

Time had gone by between the group of 4 who had decided it best to try and find a way out of the human district in a safe fashion. Emi had told them of a passageway she knew of for reasons that have yet to be developed. She opened the pathway to the tile and the four went within the tunnels shortly after Hunter and Gwen.

The white haired girl turned over to Jedediah and Charloette, knowing the two would probably need more basic knowledge on what they were about to encounter.

THIS IS IMPORTANT FOR NOW AND LATER EVENTS!

"Okay you two, this is important. This pathway isn't just a normal tunnel. There will be a point where the walls around you will change and the world of laws and physics becomes neigh. I'm telling you that we are about to enter the Spiritia World. The inhabitants there are the souls of neither hell nor heaven but those of neutrality. They are very susceptible to emotion and will attack if the person around them is of an aggressive nature. I know neither of you are like that and would much prefer justice. They will enjoy your company and be attracted to you, so I need to ask you to not retaliate offensively. Spirita will take the offensive and mere beings of life cant kill that which is already dead."

Kai listened into the conversation. His mind began to think of how they would react to a child who seeked out revenge. Emi made it sound as if they only react to a persons true heart. He wasn't one who desired revenge for false reasons, but instead for his parents way to sleep in peace. Curiosity curled within him as he turned back to her. "You know a lot more then the average person, why is that?"

She saw this coming. Not from Kai however. There was only one way she could answer him, being that she was a creature that could not lie. It wasn't that she didn't want to, she was incapable of it. One had to learn ways around it. "There are demons and angels in this world." She answered to him, not giving him a straight answer.

He looked confused about the response. What did that even mean he wondered. Angels and demons; was she trying to imply that she was of divinity? There was no way this was true.

The group continued on until they reached the Spiritia World. The ceiling had vanished into a black abyss above them, the walls had vanished and plains of teal grass spread across from side to side. Luckily, the path between their destinations was still clear. The creatures known as Spiritia were now visable. They were white ball like spirits with pure white eyes that began to hover over to the group, curious about the emotions they felt. They began to play around, circling them, making light happy noises from the positive energy.

"Emi reached over for one who willingly sat upon her hair and began to try and sleep. "These are Spiritia. Perfectly harmless if you're a good person with the right intentions. I don't know whether they can remember their past life or not however. Try to play with them if you want. They'll love it." She smiled ash she rubbed her hand against the white spiritia's back, its soul cold, yet warm and smooth.

-Feo Copy 1: Human District - New Acquaintances-

He looked over to the people beginning to question him. There was no reason to deny what was going on. They didn't seem like the types who would attack out of pure curiosity. He needed to lay low for a little while now that his other was going to enter another world that would drain his energy trying to maintain a calm interior.

"Yeah, I'm a lustor that can control his molecules, forcing them between carbon and helium. I also have the ability to split into two, like a cell." He reeplied to the man with a lying smile.

-Feo Copy 2: Spirita World - Hunter and Gwen Attacked-

Feo had waited for the two to finally come. He had calmed his emotions to make certain the creatures would not attack him. They looked over to him with glares though, knowing what he really was. Seeing the two walking in the distance he smiled and began to speak towards them.

"Welcome to the Spiritia World, looks like the little balls aren't very happy with you. Guess that makes sense since you are kind of a meat head who likes to fight." As he said that, the Spiritia began to swarm Hunter and Gwen, attacking them at full force, pelting them as if they were rocks.

Spiritia were perfectly harmless to those that could be called good people with the right intentions. It was a shame Hunter was neither of these. Perhaps the man should have been pissed off that Feo was alive, but in all honesty it was the complete opposite. He was ecstatic that the saying he had heard as a child was wrong. "Heeeeey, it's Scrawny. You know, I was starting to wonder when some person was gonna come walkin' in here. I thought for sure you were leadin' us into a trap, guess I was right. Either way, I'm thrilled you're not dead" he said. He took a few steps over towards the lustor, before raising his sword and sporting a wicked grin. "'cause it means I get to kill ya again, and how often do people get the opportunity to do that?" he said, his tone remarkably similar to how a child's would be upon opening presents on Christmas morning.

If he had plans to kill Feo there and then, which he certainly did, the Spiritia did not seem to like them at all. He began feeling the small balls of light repeatedly ramming him in the stomach, pushing him away with rather painful attacks. He continued trying to walk forward, until they then moved up towards his face and continued their assault. Instinctively, he held up his hands to block them. "Back off you stupid little orb things, not the face! Not the face!" he shouted. Maybe they heard him, or maybe they just got sick of seeing Hunter's mug, but they moved down and flew into his pants. "Not there either!" he yelled out, now dropping his sword and shoving both hands down his pants in a desperate attempt to get them out.

Sven wanted to rush in to attack The Warden, he wanted to attempt murder once more. He knew it wasn't a good idea though. So far, most of their attempts had been thwarted by The Warden's uncanny ability to avoid serious injury. Sven acknowledged that the legends surrounding the Warden were in fact not accurate, they did not do him justice, and that thought alone sent chills through every bone in the warrior's body. He noticed that Orpheus seemed to have an idea, and so he followed behind him, eager to end the conflict and claim the head of their attacker.

Gawain let loose a cry of pain as his elbow was snapped inwards and he let go of the blade in his hand instinctively and pulled his arm close to his body. He didn't want any more severe injuries, and if things kept going the way they were there was every chance of him dying on the battlefield. Not a bad way to go, but he had no plans on dying at that time. First thing was first though, he needed to get away from The Warden. With his other hand he let go of the hook and pushed with all his might, barely pushing himself back and away from The Warden as he fell onto the ground just in time for Cierra to go flying overhead like the sexiest wrecking ball you've ever seen and slam into The Warden.

After hearing that the person who'd spilt himself into two was a lustors, that little part made a bit more sense to him. Thought now that he thought about it, being a lustor was the only way something like that could be possible, unless there was a made scientist experimenting on people and ended up with this. Anyway that took care of one person, leaving one other person up to question, least now he could ask some more question not pertaining to the amount of people here. "So what are you doing in a alley?"

With Gawain having gotten away from the warden, he was hit by Cierra. his armor largely caused an avoidance of direct contact, but he could still feel the heat of the blood. That last injury apparently was what Gawain needed to finally realize he should back off. Orpheus and Sven both seemed to recede as well. He was wary of some sort of ambush, but there was always the possibility they had simply given up. There she was, lying at his feet. The girl who'd escaped from him and eluded his grasp for over a year now. She was one of his top targets. Bending over, he picked her up by her face, his hand horizontally covering her mouth. The chains of the hooks rattled as she was lifted off the ground, and up to eye level with him. The terror, pain, and helplessness she felt was apparent in her eyes. It always was. Not one person who'd ever completely fallen victim to the warden hadn't succumb to the fear in their heart when he held them up with one hand. "Finally.." The warden was about to knock her unconscious, collect Griffin, and walk off with his prizes, but something happened to stop him...Something he'd never see coming.

This was it. His only chance to take down the warden. Once again, the greatsword wielding undead killed one of its comrades, but this time it was right across the ribcage, completely shattering it. Hurriedly picking up a full rib, Orpheus telekinetically threw jagged bone in the warden's direction, but the behemoth wasn't his target. No...Something much more effective is what Orpheus had planned. The bone shard whistled as it flew through the air, sailing toward its target. It was in fact only a split second, but it seemed like an eternity. If this attack failed, then they may as well slit their own throats and save him the trouble. The general's heart raced, he was nervous, but he didn't let it show. He kept a calm expression of determination. The face of a leader. After what seemed like a lifetime, the result was revealed. Blood splattered as the projectile hit its target dead on.

The warden wailed in pain, dropping the girl and gripping his face. He'd been holding the girl, and a shard of bone thrown by the general pierced through, directly beneath her collarbone. Boiling blood sizzled as the flesh on his face was seared and scolded. Through blurred vision and pain, he roared at Orpheus. "YOU BASTARD! YOU'VE JUST SIGNED YOUR OWN DEATH WARRANT! MARK MY WORDS, THE GATES TO THE CASTLE YOUR LORD HIDES IN WILL BE PAINTED IN YOUR BLODD AND DECORATED WITH YOUR GUTS!" The giant yelled. Even wounded, his bellowing voice scared the lustors senseless. There was no questions about it, he quite literally meant what he said. As far as he was concerned, Orpheus, along with the rest of his band, were already in their graves. They just didn't know it yet. He knew retreat was the best option for now, so reluctantly, picked up his hooks, ripped them out of Cierra's back, and kicked her in the direction of Orpheus. With that, he turned and walked away from the encampment. Where he was headed, one couldn't say. But one thing was for sure, they'd meet him again. And this time, he'd see it coming.

Jedediah stopped for a moment. What Emi said had certainly surprised him. Neutral from heaven and hell? He wasn't aware such a creature existed. Not only that, based on the context of her wording, something truly surprising was revealed. "Emi, You're an angel? Why didn't you tell me?! Being sent here to guide me on the savior's path is nothing to be ashamed of! I was wondering when God would send one of his children to me! Little did i know she's been here all along! The lord works in mysterious ways, does he not?" Jedediah said, as though he were amused by the fact. "I realize that i'm important in god's plan, possibly the most important human alive, but there's no reason to be intimidated by me! We're friends! You can approach me with anything!" Jed gave a hearty laugh and patted her on the back. These spirits seemed to react to his friendly good nature, however misguided it may be, and began to bounce around him with joy. He reached his hand out and patted one gently. "How playful these creatures are!"

Maye sighed, brushing her clothes and hopping to her feet. Mostly being ignored, she was there only solely for the purpose of spectating the fight because one, she was not strong enough to even last one hit and two, she can make bank on such a large scale fight. People, especially criminals, would provide much to her cause if word ever got out that the Warden was beaten. Even if it was General Orpheus that beaten him. It was a win-win in her situation even if it was the other way around. However...she preferred the outcome to her favor.

Maye quickly followed the Warden until they were both quite ways from the others. "You're a fool Warden. Strong and unyielding, but a fool nevertheless. You went in a fight where all odds were against you and blinded by your goal of her. What kind of outcome did you expect?" She matched his pace and examined his wound. "Not bad, but it's gonna hinder you. I'm guessing a week max for that to heal to an acceptable point. And it's only gonna get harder."

As Gwen walked along the room around them seemed to change. She couldn't tell what was going on. Gwen slowed her pace as she kept walking, she had to be cautious. As they got closer a man caught her eye, someone she didn't expect to see. Feo stood no more then ten feet away from them. As Gwen stood there in her confusion Hunter was idiot enough to approach Feo seeming almost happy to see him again. "Hunter this is not the time. We should get out of this creepy place and find the exit." Gwen insisted glancing around at the orbs floating around them not comprehending what they were. However they did freak Gwen out a bit, not enough to go as far to say they frightened her, simply gave her the chills.

Next thing Gwen knew they where being attacked by they white orbs. "Piss off you bloody orbs. I don't have time to deal with you! I don't even know what you are!" Gwen started to shoot arrows wildly around at the Spirits. A few arrows also got shot in the direction of Feo. After half a minute of shooting arrows Gwen turned her attention to Hunter... just in time to see him stick his hands down his pants...
"Need some help?" She said with a smirk as she already notched another arrow and pointed it at Hunters crotch. "Let me get that for you." Gwen had the arrow pulled back and looked like she was about to shoot, but as she let her finger slip she moved the arrow upwards so it flew over Hunters shoulder and through another spirit. "What is with these things and not pissing off?" Gwen yelled angrily. "How about you stop masturbating! Pull your hands out of her pants, and help me! I know I have a nice Ass but this is not the time!"

When Cierra felt the large hand cover her face, a whole new wave of fear rippled through her body, weaving its way through every bone in her body making her shiver. Cierra tried to scream out, no a loud scream, but still a scream none the less, but The Wardens hand muffled them. She wanted to beg Master Sven to save her, cry out to the Warden to let her go, but nothing more then a simple muffled cry got through. Cierra started to struggle and pull the Wardens hand away from her face, and yet again it didn't work. Soon she gave up and stopped moving. Each thrash and movement only brought her more pain. As she was being held up close to the Wardens face, close enough for her to smell his breath, a final sense of giving up washed over her. Cierra couldn't bring herself to look into the Warden's dark soulless eyes. Many times she had looked into them and each time was quickly followed by pain of some sort. One look into those eyes and she feared many repressed memories of her time in the jail would come flooding back. For that reason her tear filled eyes stayed averted, looking anywhere she could that wasn't into his eyes.

Cierra looked up slightly as the Warden prepared to knock her out, catching a small glimpse of his soulless eyes. But that sight didn't last long as a sharp pain tore through her lower shoulder and down her entire body. Her eyes widened with the pain. Cierra couldn't figure out what had just happened, nothing was clear to her and her vision was fading fast. As the Warden dropped her, she felt like she was falling in slow motion. The world barely moved around her as she fell. Everything seemed still, even her breath as she landed, but that was because she had lost in with the impact of the fall. Cierra took a few gasping breaths trying to fill her lungs with oxygen once more but was struggling. She could barely feel the pain of the hooks and Bone shard digging into her more when she fell because of everything else, the lack of air, the existing pain, and the consciousness slowly slipping from her.

The intense pain of hooks ripping from her back followed by a kick that sent her flying brought Cierra slightly more awake once again. A slight groan escaped her lips as her eyes slowly drooped shut. Even though Cierra seemed to have passed out, she wasn't quite there yet.
"I'm.... Sorry...." Cierra gasped once more trying to catch her breath after being winded. "I... I didn't mean for this...." Cierra had finally gave into the pain, falling into a deep sleep, far from the pain of reality.

Passed out on the ground at Sven and Orpheus's feet you could see the chest of the young Luster girl rising and falling slowly, but besides that there was no sign of life in her anymore. She spoke no more words, didn't move an inch. She simply laid on her side bloody and beaten. Both her hair and chains laid askew on the ground around her. Cierras body temperature dropped slightly, but without her awake to control it, it would not go back to a natural state, because for her a natural state was warmer then most people, just not boiling like it had been minutes before when she was filled with emotions such as rage and fear.
