Blood of Bahamut

OOC: Sorry, guys. I had a hectic/horrible/stressful break and haven't been able to get on as much as I thought. But I'm here now. And next week (starting Sunday, I think) I'll be able to waste my entire days on here<3 *really hoping this hasn't died*

Wyatt's skin was now a dark brown, but he kept his humanoid appearance. "Hey, Sether, this firebreather has something for you!" and true to his name, he breathed fire. A large stream of burning red erupted from his mouth and headed towards Sether, alongside Aoi's tackle.

Zelos led the girls down the hall and leaned against a locker. Several teachers were running past him towards the cafeteria, but it didn't look like anyone noticed his bleeding. "Thank you," he whispered at Mya as she wiped his blood. "But I'll need something to stop the bleeding completely, else you have several more wipes to waste," he said as he smiled. "Are either of you hurt?" He asked both as he looked at Kisa.

 

Mya smiled. I think we're alright. I'll get some stuff to fix you up. She looked through her pack and pulled out a medical kit. She pulled out some bandages and placed them on his face.

 

Kisa quieted her growling and gripped the pocket watch hard, "I'm okay...I'm okay..." She flicked the watch open and glanced at the little picture of her parents before shutting it and tucking it back inside her pocket. Her heart was racing, "You never let me fight for you Zelos! What's the big idea?! I could've taken that idiot. He deserves a few shocks down his spine." Her anger was mounting again and she felt electricity race through her veins.

 

David Cross​

David moved to the side, using the ice to slide while doing so to make it out of the way in time. He then looked over to the enterance and saw a group of teachers coming into the cafeteria. "Tch. Looks like this fight is over." Before they could see him David walked away from Frost while keeping the Behemoth in his vision still. "We can finish this some other time then. In the meantime, keep your filthy hands off of my sister."

"Well, aren't you the prepared one?" Zelos told Mya with a shocked expression. He hadn't been expecting her to pull a medical kid out of her bag. He allowed her to fix him up as he put his hand back on Kisa's shoulder and dropped his voice. "You mustn't attempt to solve everything with violence, Kisa, we need to be above that. Once we resort to violence," he winced as his cut stung, "We only feed the flame that juveniles like Sether start. After that," Zelos shrugged as he heard a loud bang, "what makes us better than them? I don't need you to fight for me. You want to fight? Then pick your own reason, something important. Revenge, reputation, anger, those are not good reasons, Kisa."

 

Kisa breathed deeply and narrowed her yellow eyes, "You never let me do anything. It's like your my father. Useless..." Before she could say anything more horrific to herself she tapped her fingers against Zelos' chest, "If you remember you fight for those things too. Everyone does eventually. BUT you know what? Que sera, sera. I'm over it." Brushing off her oddly fashioned jeans she gave a grateful smile to Mya, "At least you don't have all sorts of wierd stuff in your bag. Mom used to carry an egg, a shoe, and a goldfish with her in her purse. Though what she'd need with those I have no clue." Her memory flashed her an image of her mother lying in the hospital, comatose, and Kisa sighed with longing to have a real conversation with her and feel her hugs.

 

Tora Cross​

Tora was walking through the halls aimlessly, waiting for her lunch period to end. She had just turned to look over her shoulder, thinking she heard something, and continued to turn around the corner. That's when she bumped into something, or rather, someone. After stumbling back slightly she looked up and saw the Behemoth Frost. "Oh..." She muttered, straightening her goggles that had been knocked sideways when she walked into him and then flattening her hair. "It's you again." Scared of seeing her brother about, she looked around and past Frost before speaking again. "What was all of that commotion from earlier?"

 

Tora Cross​

Tora was tempted to slap away his hand, but by the time she made up her mind on it he had already pulled it away. "You must like starting conflicts or something then, huh?" She held her goggles defensively for a moment. How could one suggest her to get rid of them? She loved these old things. Not like she's actually told anyone that...of course. "Speaking of which, I should go before my brother walks by." She moved past him to walk away, but suddenly stopped as if she remembered something. "Hm, why didn't you just walk away when he came by the first time?"

 

Zelos couldn't help but smile as he looked at Kisa. "Well, your mother wasn't known for fitting. She must have found the norm too boring. You are just like her, you know. You refuse to blend with the background, which is how I know," he playfully punched her in the arm, "You'll stand out in a glorious way one day." Without elaborating, he turned to Mya and smiled, thanking her. "Thank you, Mya. Your acquaintance was definitely and entirely my pleasure. Now," he looked up at the cafeteria, thinking, "Let us see if things are cooling down."

 

Mya smiled at Zelos. No problem. She looked around the hallways. Lookw pretty deserted. I think the fight calmed down a bit. She grabbed her stuff. Ugh. The last thing I want is pie thrown at my face.

 

Tora Cross​

"Huh?" Tora was caught by surprise when he grabbed her arm. To do such a thing...it was unusual. But this guy was an unusal one in Tora's world. She looked up at him with her glassy clear eyes with slight anger as he spoke. "Like me?" Her anger slipped away as she was pulled closer to him. A slight blush covered her pale face; when she noticed this she looked away and pulled on her arm for him to let go. "Still, it must be more trouble than it's worth. Surely there are other females in the school you can chase after. And I bet the majority of them don't have older brothers like mine." She spoke with her eyes shut, her head still turned away.

 

Tora Cross​

While wanting him to let go without having to do all that much her arm was getting colder and was soon coated by ice. If his hand didn't slip off, well, least he would get some frost bite. "If it isn't my brother, it can be my parents. Or their connections." She said angerily. It was more so because she didn't want yet another person to be crushed by her family just because they took an 'interest' in her. Plus she couldn't be sure he was just messing with her, like so many have done so before. "H-huh?" Already he was talking about his parents. He must of been serious. Or dellusional. With the ice's help she was able to slip her arm out of his grip. "Class should be starting soon..."

 

Tora Cross​

She glanced over slightly to watch him shake off the ice before looking back up at him. She was glad that he was no longer holding her arm, but why wasn't he leaving yet? Wasn't it clear that she wanted him to? "What will-" She was about to ask 'what will change my mind' when the question was answered for her right then. She froze for a moment in shock, but when she could move again she instantly shoved Frost away. Sure she couldn't shove him far, he was much bigger than her after all, but the kiss had ended. "Are you dense!?" She stormed off, wipping her mouth, heading to the nearest escape route in a blind rage, that changed into nothing but a confusing swirl of emotions once she was far away from him.
