Falco...... Can you please tell me how you do that sexyz watter effect? Anyways, I love the effect, but it's not very effective here. There is no light scource, there are signs of depth, but I think you should try and put a little more in there. There is alot of flow, but the left side makes the water effects kinda change, which I really don't fancy much. (Also, the left side is alot darker than the right lolz) Also, Redo your coloring.....it's very monotone, which kinda works here, but I think it could be better. And lastly, the text is awful ;-;. And putting it in the corner isn't alsays the best way to go IMO, and it kinda ruins the flowabit, as well.
Its just a simple technique really. I use the Sparks brush - Displace filter trick, with some render smudging before that. oh and thanks for the Critique bro.
I guess if I wanna do that, i'll have to get GIMP again and then import it to PS --___--. Anywayz..... thx. wlcmz.
TBK, you could always convert the GIMP brushes to PS. I'm pretty sure PS has Displace, right? Anyway, yeah. The sig looks okay right now, but it needs work. Especially the text. If I ever make text I put it real small somewhere. On gimptalk fencepost posted a nice text tut. Colors really need work. I'd suggest leaving the layer you have now, hiding it, copy visible & paste, reshow the other one, play with the settings on the one you just pasted and add some more Gradient Maps. I don't really like that stuff there in the right corner... It sticks out too much. Dx

Don't like Naruto but i still think it looks good. But try not to always have so much emphasis on the centre.
