When their lips touched, his heart skipped a beat. "I've died and gone to heaven!" he thought. This was the best day of his life! He got to meet a beautiful girl whom he was now kissing!!

 

She closed her eyes and injoyed the moment.

 

He also closed his eyes and he enjoyed every single second of it!

 

She let go for a second, " thank you" she whispered.

 

"You're welcome" he whispered back, smiling. Then he kissed her again

 

She suddenly remembered something, she opened her eyes and slowly pushed him away, " I'm sorry... but I can't" she said not making eye contact with him.

 

He was confused by what had just happened. "What!?" he said "Why not?!? I really care about you Alex!"

 

" And I really care about you too, but I.... I just can't.... I'm really sorry" she said getting up and running away crying.

 

"ALEX! WAIT!!" he said, chasing after her. He tripped on a tree root and fell flat on his face. He got up and looked around but couldn't find any trace of her! He sat down and started crying.

 

She sat in a tree and cried her eyes out staring at her left hand.

 

He was crying so much he eventually cried himself to sleep.

 

" I can't believe it..... it was all so perfect." She said still crying.

 

This time when Ultimare slept, there was no happy meadow where the two of them had fun together. This time there was only sadness and loneliness.

 

She soon fell asleep, tears still in her eyes. When she woke up it was morning. She jumped out of the tree and walked around. " I have to find Ultimare, to tell him why" she said to herself.

 

He woke up stretched. Getting up he wondered if it was all just a dream. "No, it wasn't." he said out loud to himself. He then began walking around, continuing his search for Alex.

 

She found him walking around, " Hi." she said softly, looking down. " I'm really sorry about last night."

 

"Hi. It's alright." he said, looking down. "I was looking for you."

 

" It's just that well.... that uh... well just see for yourself." She said holding out her left hand, with a ring on her ring finger.

 

He couldn't belive his eyes! "Y-YOU'RE M-MARRIED!!" he said, his heart shattering into a million pieces. Tears flowed freely down his cheeks. "Why didn't you tell me before!?"
