Blackmoor, Whitemoor and The Black Rose

She woke up and the sun was up. Ultimare was still asleep. She kissed him on the cheek and quietly walked out of the room. Downstairs it wasn't as busy as the night before.

 

Ultimare started groaning.

 

She got some food and went back upstairs to hear Ultimare groaning. She set down the tray of food and went over to him.

 

He started shivering and broke out in a cold sweat. He woke up and whispered "I could really use some soup right about now."

 

She nodded and went over to get the bowl of soup. She handed him the bowl. " Here you go, how are you feeling?" She asked kneeling down next to the bed again.

 

"A little better." he said, eating the soup. "I should be fine after having some soup to warm me up."

 

" Well thats good. If you need anything just say so." She said smiling gently.

 

"Thanks." he said. He continued to eat his soup, feeling a tiny bit better with each spoonful.

 

She smiled even bigger. Then she heard a scratching on the door. She opened it and in came Todd. " Todd I can't believe I forgot about you, I'm so sorry." She said to him.

 

"Hey Todd!" he said, smiling.

 

Todd jumped up on the bed with him. " Carfull Todd." She said to him.

 

"It's okay." he said, petting Todd.

 

She smiled and kneeled down next to the bed. " Man that storm was pretty bad yesterday." Alex said.

 

"Storm?" he asked, not remembering.

 

" Yeah. That's why we're here. " She said.

 

"Where are we?" he asked.

 

" We're in some bar slash hotel thing." Alex explained.

 

"How long have we been here?" he asked.

 

" Since yesterday." She said.

 

He finished his soup and sat up.
