Sai stood as he took out his weapon that was given to him with a smirk looking towards Creed.

"This where you disappear Creed"he said with venom in his voice.

 

Eve hung back. She didn't like battle...but Sai had been nice to her...had he lied? Or was he really telling the truth....

 

"Creed your haven't met Artemis have you, I know all about you but you know NOTHING about me...that's kinda saddening but hey your funeral"Sai said bringing out his Whip blade. "This is Artemis"He added with a smirk.

 

Eva watched, undecided. She tensed, ready to jump to the rescue or run. What should she do?

 

"Ok boys I know theres a fight to be fought be not now in the near future sure but not now, Creed go find a hole to crawl to and buy a train plushie, you sai keep a distance from eve"Sven said walking up beside eve.

 

Eve smiled slightly, taking Sven's hand. At least he hadn't lied to her....she didn't want to lose her world the minute she finally found it.

 

Standing down Artemis disappeared turning away from creed as creed with a smirk disappeared as well, Falling to the ground he winced in pain.

Creed looked over the crowd and smirked as he disappeared, appearing on a rooftop and when back to the HQ.

"So he has claws I misjudged him because he had a pretty face"He said laughing.

 

Eva couldn't help it, she pulled free of Sven and went to Sai, kneeling down beside him. "Are you okay?"

 

Opening his eyes he looked towards eve with a small smile on his face and gave a nod.

"i'll be fine I just have to sleep for a few minutes then i'll be fine...don't worry I been this way for a while, I joined the numbers to do good for the world but being with Creed made me realize we're just killing people with no mercy...I can't stand that"Sai said with a chuckle.

 

Eve smiled slightly, putting a hand on Sai's shoulder. "I understand..."

 

"I didn't lie to you eve, I couldn't even if I tried...I have no reason to lie to you"Sai said with a smile.

 

Eve looked down, hiding her thoughts. "Some people don't need a reason...."

 

"Then those people go along with the ones who use others for their own gain...those whom we disagree about...lies and deceit...I despise those kind of people"Sai said looking up at the sky.

 

Eve sat down. "I used to live with someone like that....it makes me think I might turn that way....."

 

"No Eve you won't I believe that you won't ad the fact that you have good friends that will see that you don't"Sai said with a smile.

 

Eve tilted her head. "At the same time, maybe friends aren'tenough. Maybe I was designed that way...."

 

"True but you hold your own destiny, it doesn't matter who made you, you have your own mind therefore your own mind filled with thoughts"Sai said pointing to her head.

 

Eve smiled, gently taking his hand. "And what about you?"

 

"what about me?"He asked looking at her curiously.

 

"Where do you fit in?"Eve smiled slightly.
