If we're talking about Re:CoM, then Darkball has a different effect, called Duel Trigger... unfortunately, I can't translate the effect, but I presume that every card you use (until you reload, and it's Riku exclusive in that version by the way) triggers a duel (something else they added... just look at some of the Riku Re:CoM boss vids here if you don't know what it does lol)

There's also Xemnas: Guard after the first attack of a combo. Also halves fire, ice, lightning, and non-elemental damage

Xigbar: Raise the damage of ranged sleights by 50%. Also halves fire, ice, lightning, and non-elemental damage

Xaldin: A barrier of wind surrounds you, damaging foes that touch you. Also halves fire, ice, lightning, and non-elemental damage

Zexion: Confuses enemies you attack. Also halves fire, ice, lightning, and non-elemental damage

Saïx: Makes the combo finisher more powerful. Also halves fire, ice, lightning, and non-elemental damage

Demyx: Doubles water damage. Also halves lightning. and non-elemental damage. You are also immune to ice damage while this card is in use

Luxord: Break every card your opponents play, regardless of numbers. Also halves fire, ice, lightning, and non-elemental damage

Technically, the Roxas card does 2 hits per attack, rather than just double damage

There are also 2 other cards that are used in the same way, but they aren't enemy cards lol

Almost all of them are in the special treasure rooms, except for Zexion(Destiny island(Need a clear data from Revesrse/rebirth and beaten Marluxia 1) and Platinum/Gold card(The next two treasure chests after completing Jiminy Journal).

There's also a extra Keyblade card that you get by opening your first normal chest in Traverse Town.

The effect is called Bio,it makes the enemy HP decrease slowly.
And it ends after 1 reload.

I think you could had these two, they're bonus cards, but they're still black:

GOLD CARD: (99 CP, 5 reloads)
Premium Recovery: Premium cards are reloadable(Sp?).

PLATINUM CARD: (99 CP, 20 cards played)
Shield: Take 0 damage from enemy hits.

    They are two special cards.
You can only obtain those when you complete Jiminy journal.
After completing it,open two treasure boxes, the first one will be the Gold card and the next Platinum.
