Saying you hate teenagers is saying that you "hate" people who are currently in a period of time in their lives based on age, If someone is no longer that age, then the term teenager no longer applies to them. When the phrase is said it is understood that it only applies to current teenagers, because being a teenager is inevitable in everyone's life, so by your logic if you hate teenagers then you hate the 90 year old guy that hasn't been a teenager for 70 years, and you hate the newborn baby who wont be a teenager for 13 years.

Regardless I'm going to say that I hate teenagers when I get older, I don't care if one person on the planet thinks I'm including myself.

True, those of us who are 20 or older are no longer teenagers, but we were at one point (when we were 13 through 19 -- and 12 if you want to count pre-teenager). I'm pretty sure a lot of people hated us because we were "teenagers," and most of us (the world, not just KH-V) probably didn't like it. However, once we turn 20, we go and do the same thing. We were teenagers at one point. When we turn 20, we no longer are teenagers, we are young adults, yes, but I feel as if when we say we hate teenagers, we're saying we hate that we were teenagers.

I don't know... Do you know what I'm trying to say? If so, could you explain it to me? Even I don't think I'm sense.
