That would make sense since his heartless took the name of Ansem...geez its like after name after name after name. Sora is going to go crazy xD "The ansem that was xehanort isnt xehanort? asdfasdfdsasdf!"

 

You need to beat him, yes, but the first battle against him results in him fleeing into the door to Kingdom Hearts, so he hadn't been completely destroyed. And there still were traces of Xehanort's Heartless inside Riku's heart.

 

How do you know that the guy dressed in the red and black isn't the Bald Man's host?

 

No, you need to completely defeat Xemnas (complete the game) to fight Terra, and even though part of Xehanort's heartless is still in Riku his heart was freed.

And as for the Bald Man, I have no idea, but this is all theory.

 

I'm sure that's just a game mechanic, seeing as how you can fight Xemnas again even after fighting Terra. You know, something new for you to do after beating the game. A reward of sorts.

In other words, the fight with Terra would realistically have to take place before the fight with Xemnas. Because, IIRC, after that Sora is chilling back home in Destiny Islands with Riku and Kairi, not flying around on the Gummi Ship with Goofy and Donald.

 

Yes, but even so you have to beat Xemnas in order to do fight him. It may well just be a teaser for the next game, and I bet it is, but it is a little bit of proof.

 

As for questions about Mickey, My theory on why he has the star seeker is that he just trained with Yen Sid (as told by Donald in Yen Sid's tower in Kh2. When Sora Leaves Yen Sid gives him the Star Seeker.
