    No ICSP you are just reading an outdated rule, the new one is in forum news section.

    I have had a few problems with mine, and if it was just for premmies then I don't think it would be so bad consider it another goal to becoming premium. And that shouldn't make peoples load times to take forever.

    Why should the whole forum get it? It should be earned.

    Premium members have almost NO extras. The best part is seriously the colored name.

    I love how all the admins have seen this thread but not posted at all <_<

    The bigger file size would definitely be nice.
    I tried adding a border to my avvy, and it turns out to be 19.6 kb.
    DENIED.

    I agree that it should only be for premiums too. Most regular members would probably abuse it. >_>

    Atm, no to bigger avatar for normal members. Premiums just got the size raised a little for them so. Work to get premium, and you get to have bigger avatars ;D
