Kingdom Hearts II Best Voice over

The guy for Xemnas sounds like Naraku from Inuyasha. Are they the same voice actor? And another thing, I noticed Sean Astin was a voice actor in the original Kingdom Hearts, it has been eating at me for years. Who did he voice act for?

 

I think Haley Joel Osment & David Gallagher were some of the better voice overs.

 

How can you not like Kairi's voice for KHII? It's not like they're different people, same person, she just went through puberty... voice changes... like everyone else did. I assume you noticed the same for Sora and Riku. I think she sounded more mature, personally.

I voted for Haley Joel Osment. He did a good job for Sora!

 

Billy Zane should be added, because he did the best of all the KH voice-acting. He voiced Ansem, so everyone knows.

 

Billy Zane is intimidating. That voice gives me chills everytime I think of his awesome monologue

 

Yeah, Zane is the best voice-over in all the games, and he has all the best lines. But stupid Sora gets in the way, I was nearly in a state of nirvana when he went into the monolouge of: "Every world is born in darkness, and all so end. The heart is no different. Darkness grows within it, it sprouts, consumes it. Such is its nature" (goes behind Sora) "IN THE END, EVERY HEART RETURNS TO THE DARKNESS WHENCE IT CAME! You see... darkness is the hearts' true essence".

Then Sora gives one of his 1,000 idiotic motivational speeches, this one possibly the worst of them yet.

Okay, sorry about that. The point is that Zane does a very good job, and Osment does a terrible one.

 

I think Haley Joel Osment did fine.
I freaked out at the beginning of KH2 though.
I was like "OMG WHAT HAPPENED TO SORA'S VOICE IT FEELS SO FREAKY!"


Seriously, he looked gay in those clothes. >.>

Anyway, I looked up the voice of Sora's mom in KH1, just becuase I get bored like that.

Her voice is Kath Soucie. The voice of Phil and Lil and Rugrats.

My personal favorite was the voice of Riku though. He was perfect at it and did an excellent job.

You are right about the Aerith voice in Kh2. She sucked. Bad.

What did Mandy Moore do to not voice in KH2? Ugh, bad topic. I wish we could have the good dialogueof the japanese version.

 

I choose David Gallagher and Haley Joel Osment cause....um...well.....^_^.....i dont actually know why. I was about to vote Hayden Panettiere but i pressed the vote botton. ooops...'_'

 

I'd also have to say 'Christopher Lee' as well. I'm a big fan...his voice just has that supernatural and commanding voice.

...not to mention he's a LOTR fan...and that's cool.

 

I voted Haley, James, Christopher and David because their cool and starred in lots of my favourite movies.

Setzer, played by Crispin Freeman. You hear his voice in lotsa anime nowadays.

Only part of Roxas's voice actor that I didn't like was "Hayner! Pence! Olette!".

David Gallagher, all the way!

 

I thought Haley Joel could have done a little better. The first game his performance was "Meh" but I blame the writing Sora didn't have much of a personality he was basically "Find my friends fight evil". During Kingdom Hearts 2 seemed like he was trying to use a slightly higher pitch to make himself sound a bit younger, I think if he had just spoken normally it would have sounded fine. Anyway I think Jesse Mccarthy surprised me the most I thought he would be the worst but he really surprised me.

Anyway I thought all the voice actors did great, they really pulled the roles off well. I expected nothing but greatness from the Disney actors though

 

Gallegher did the best so far!
