who is the best overall caharacter story wise. and explain please

i am OBSESSED with riku, and not just because he's hot ( even though that's true!:) ), but i kinda feel bad for him. he's such a coplex character. true, he made a horrible mistake by turning to darkness, but he realized he was wrong, and sacrificed all that he was to save sora, and save the light. he was scared in the face of darkness, but learned to accept it, showing great bravery. the sorrow he must have felt had to be unbearable. he may be part darkness, but he is truly a hero of light.

 

That's hard, I like Riku, Roxas and Sora!!! But I'd have to go with Roxas! i love ROXAS!!! and rike..and sora....that's HARD!!!

 

Well, Sora's out of the ballet for me.....so between Roxas and Riku, probably Roxas, because he's got substance, y'know what I mean?

 

Hmm....Roxas or Sora...Man, that hard. I might have to say Sora. It's just...I kind of feel bad for him. It seems like he gets close to his 'destiny' something happens. And then, finally, when he reached Destiny Islands...He could be with Riku and Kairi. And when he thinks everything is fine...He gets a note from the king. Personally, I really doubt that's some thank you note inviting him and his friends to the kings castle. And if it is...Something bad is probably going to happen there.

 

I'd say Sora. Being the protagonist he has the most depth to his personality, and new sides of him are revelaed as the storyline continues.

 

I think Sora is the best and people just don't give him enough credit. He really does have a great character, but it seems people dislike Sora because you have to play as him nearly the whole game. It makes me wonder, if Riku were the main character, would a lot more people hate him?

 

Sora cuz the story revolves around him (not Roxas as some of u seem to think)

 

I'd say Roxas,because he actually has quite a bit of character; moreover than Sora or Riku.

In the beginning,you get to know a bit more about him than just being Sora the whole entire game.He seems like he can be serious,but also have a funny side. With Sora,it seems like it's almost all fun and games.I mean,I can't help but laugh whenever Sora is mad,frusterated,or serious. It's kind of funny.And Riku isn't in there long enough to know about him that much.

But Riku won -__- so he didnt kick Rikus @$$ and he isnt fun at all! all i wanted to do in the begining of kh2 was to play as Sora!I do like the Character of Roxas but the missions sucked hmm...Maybee im taking the gameplay out on Roxas?
anyway i AM excited for 358/2 im just sayin Sora is the all around best(when it comes to storywise gameplay)charactor

 

i love Sora bcoz he has a strong heart and will do anything bcoz of his friends..

 

I like roxas quite a lot.First of all,he wields my 2 fave keyblades.In addition,his story is really sad,since he is not as bad as the other org 13 members.I liked the fact that even when being a nobody and didn't have a heart, was good to his friends after all.Furthermore... ,HE KICKS SERIOUS BUTT!

 

Hmm, somehow i cant really vote there. My favorite characters are not on the list, and from the ones one the list i want to vote for everyone except sora... hmmm

oops i forgot to follow my own rule anyway i chose roxas because well his overall but short story made you feel that nobody really was a somebody.

 

Riku, he's got the power of darkness on his side...wat more can u ask for....

 

Go roxas he owns all! i mean he woz part of organaxation XIII and being the last member nd quting also being able to weild the keyblade iswell9thnkz to being sora's nobody) but i wish dat roxas didnt have to go back to sora he woz good would have liked himas a main charetoer throuhg a whole kh game.

 

I was torn between Riku and Sora, as I don't really like Roxas as much, though he's cool too. Riku won though because he's always getting jipped and he's such a cool character that gets overshadowed.

 

In terms of story, it has to be Riku. He has the most personal development even if it is OVERSHADOWED by Mr. Smiles, Ms. Captured, Mr. Chicken Wuss and Ms. Dying Girl.

Also, foils tend to be more interesting then the character they are supposed to be foils of. I also find Riku's "flaws" to be rather endearing and amusing even if he does have his little bouts of "emo". But overall, Riku (or Repliku) was the most "devloped" and "interesting" character.

Second place goes to Namine (aka Ms. Dying Girl), because her captors actually treated her bad enough that WOULD justify why she was manipulated. Also because of the "strengths" she seems to possess despite Kairi (aka Ms. Captured) lacking them. Namine also happened to have made CoM more interesting.
