Kingdom Hearts Best Final Boss?

Xemnas hands down. Xehenort's attacks are easy to dodge and avoid in any form. Xemnas was a little more annoying in terms of attacking cuz he always moves around, and that's y its fun. Xehenort was just plain long and annoying, but not hard.

 

I voted for Xemnas since to me it was the most exciting. Ansem was 2nd to me, and I also really liked the fact that in CoM Riku was able to face him alone and still kick his butt. It was justice to see that Sora and Riku did accomplish that. As for Marluxia...his battle was pathetic and he wasn't even interesting to me. I wiped him out easy with just using 0 cards and waltzed right through. In CoM, Sora really did end up fighting the cheesy stuff while Riku had better opponents, although Larxene and Axel made up for that on Sora's side.

 

Sora and Riku wiped the floor with CoM Xehanort, I won't lie, but I'd still choose him over Xemnas. Mostly because he makes me think of a priest with a vader mask and a red lightsaber and a bible for weapons. That, and Xemnas in KH final mix KICKED MY FRIGGIN' BUTT! So, I hate him now.
