Okay, so this is my first thread so bare with me. But I LOVE dub. I love bass nectar, skrillex,UKF. And those are the main ones I'm familiar with. kYoto by skrillex is good search and destroy by bass nectar is like an ear massage (lack for better terms(;) and fire the bass canons by UKF! I wanna hear your guys opinion so hit me up with some feed back! :3
Well, I am not much of a dubstep listener, but there are a few songs that strike my fancy. For example, the song, Louder by Dj Fresh, I find has a really good beat. I only listen to dubstep songs if I find the beat to be truly captivating, if that makes sense.
Louder is really good! It's all about your adrenanline and how you feel about it. I guess it's like tastes buds in your ears xD
I agree whole-heartedly. If I am feelin very upbeat, I'll search up a few dubstep songs on YouTube, and maybe dance to them. :'D I'll probably have to try out some other dubstep bands soon.
I have to be in a certain kind of mood in order to listen to Transformers having sex dubstep. But i enjoy skrillex, bassnectar, Nero, and deadmau5.
Eh, I haven't listened to any Dubstep, but there is one song that caught my attention, and only because it was accompanied with a really great Kingdom Hearts GMV. The song is Lights by Ellie Goulding. The video that I had originally watched it with has since been taken down, but I saved a video of the actual and full song.
that's exactly what I meant when I said a lack for better words. Haha someone caught it! Haha have you heard cinema?
I hadn't heard of the remix but I searched for it after reading your comment. It was pretty good. You should listen to ruffneck bass by skrillex, if you haven't already.
I honestly don't care for dubstep 99% of the time, but THIS IS THE BEST REMIX EVER Spoiler Funny thing is, with my friends, they either love it, or they hate it, nobody's really in between like me.
I'm not into dubstep much at all, but I do really like this band Balam Acab. They're a much more subdued/relaxed dubstep, certainly not at all similar to Skrillex (he's really all I'm familiar with), sometimes I'm not even sure they should be classed as dubstep, but you might enjoy! This song is really rad.
For all of you dubstep fans, I just wanted to let you know that the dubstep you listen to and are used to is an Americanized version of dubstep, known as brostep. Sort of like techno heavy metal. Don't get me wrong, I love it, but I hate it when people think Skrillex = Dubstep, because it's not true. Skrillex is somewhat the figurehead for brostep, so that's why most Americans associate dubstep with Skrillex. My favorite dubstep artists in general are: ◆NERO ◆Skrillex ◆Tiësto ◆UKF ◆Bassnectar ◆Cookie Monsta Favorite songs: ◆Bangarang | All I Ask Of You | Scary Monsters and Nice Sprites | Ruffneck Beat all by Skrillex ◆Cracks feat. Freestylers by UKF Dubstep ◆The whole album of Welcome Reality by NERO
Nice Sprites and Scary Monsters by Skrillex Bangarang by Skrillex Can't Stop by Flux Pavillion Louder by DJ Fresh ft Sian Evans Listen to these with the volume MAXED!!!!
No one's mentioned Burial, yet? That's disappointing, KHV. He's essentially more chilled compared to others in the dubstep scene. Still pretty good, though. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IlEkvbRmfrA
Some of Skrillex's you should try. Bangarang Kyoto THIS Breathe (Vocal Edit), Skrillex ft. Krewella Remix While here are some others. Blow, Cirkut Remix Lights, Bassnectar Remix Shoulda, The Bloody Beetroots Remix Killin' It, Krewella Remix The Island, Madeon Remix
While I don't consider myself a huge dubstep fan, I've listened to a lot of stuff by Skrillex of course. I think I liked Hey Sexy Lady the best from him. :3
