    First there are a few structural problems. Neck is too thick, hand structure is wrong. Head is too elongated and flattened. The ear seems to be sprouting from the cheek and the head is too far to the left side of the neck. There needs to be depth, just because it's on a flat surface doesn't mean it has to look like it. There are three dimensions to images, you need to create the back to front dimension when you draw. Do this by making things on a realistic concrete model, think of it like the way one would draw a cube or other three dimensional figure. I suggest a bit of study on how things work and a bit of copying or emulating real life.
