Be on the lookout for the nasty porn spamming guy!

This is not one person making account after account. It is a person who is using spambots to help aid him in his attacking of several sites across the internet. This is happening all over the internet on a LOT of forums.

Word from official sources at the present time is that it is a person who is practicing and doing this for shits and giggles. He isn’t an expert so sooner or later they will find him. Until then we can just remain observant and ban him as we see him.

So far we are ahead of other sites as we are one of the only ones that has actively sought out all of the accounts and removed them <3

As for the suggestion that we set it so that new members have to be here a certain time before they can post, it has been noted that the accounts are registered and then go into a period of silence for a short length of time before they become active and post their nastiness. They do this to try to avoid detection until they have an opportune time to cause maximum chaos.

These accounts aren’t (as far as anyone is aware) human, they are what are termed “Spamborgs” human assisted bots. They don’t get tired.

The IP changes every time, we have only had a few that have had the same IP addresses, currently there are sites which are set up in order to stop this kind of thing happening, they have created databases of “bad” IP addresses and these are monitored so authorities are aware of what is happening. On the downside many of the IP addresses are proxies.

All of the account names are random, they make little sense and don’t appear to follow any real pattern, and some of them look just like a random jumble of letters. However there are the occasional ones that look to be innocent (for example one of the accounts was called MelanieCC which looks perfectly innocent). The names tend to vary site to site too.

We have altered our settings and since this morning there has not been a single account that has appeared from them, yesterday I went through and banned every single one of the accounts that I could track and find. As far as KHV is concerned we are currently safe <3

We do ask members that if they do have suspicions about an account to drop the staff a PM (preferably an admin or supermod as we can ban) and we shall deal with it. If you come across threads we ask members NOT to click the thread to open it and most importantly of all do NOT click any of the links.

Thank you for your patience guys and most importantly of all thank you for the maturity that you have shown whilst this has been going on, it has made our job of cleaning up after this moron and his chaos a lot easier.

If we don't ban him then we are letting him continue to post and that is not an option. Some sites were getting almost a hundred of these accounts created a day, can you imagine the chaos that would cause if we let them wander around loose?

The person behind this is a ****** to put it simply and an amateur and cares only about causing chaos and mess. In his mind he is highly entertained to be making such a nuisance of himself. He is probably sat at his computer right now laughing away to himself in his belief he is all that.

To put it simply he has no life <3​

 

It kind of makes sense that it's a computer, the thread posts are exactly the same, nasty pictues and links every single time. I've warned other forums that I'm a part of to be on the look out for ths spam thing.

 

We have also been in communication with several other forums. The majority of affected sites are taking measures to push him out and deal with him :3 it is just a matter of riding it out now and picking off accounts as they show up.

i saw one of those posts just yesterday and i reported to the only mod that was online at the time ( It was Lawliet if your wondering :3) and it seems that the admins could get rid of it so then at least thats one crisis down

 

When you consider the fact that we have banned approximately 60 accounts, and less than 10 of those accounts had succesfully posted, we did a lot better out of this than it could have gone <3

In the most non funny way possible this seems like the work of some of my friend on other forums though I doubt it :S.
As Catch said he is using a proxy. And there are alot of different ones on the internet. Isn't there a way to block a proxy from a certain site?

If he was using one proxy then sure we would be all good to go and could just work on blocking proxies from that range.

However every single IP was a different one.

I was getting sick of it, this was happening on all my favorite fan sites and it was disgusting, and it liked to post on MY threads. I ran a boatload of scans on my computer ot make sure it was hijacked or something, cause it liked to go to all the places I frequented. I'm glad this thread helped people, it was the only way I could think of to let the mods know about it.

Uhhhhhh we already knew about it love, we've been dealing with it for 3 days already.

It's happening everywhere hun, and yes it is disgusting, sadly life isn't all rainbows and smiles, but it looks like it is coming to an end now so cheer up .​

Bots and trolls are two completely different things.

These things are not trolls. At the pace that accounts are being churned out and flooding various forums there would need to be a vast number of people trolling, yes I am aware that that can happen with troll invasions etc etc, however this is not a troll invasion.

These are spamborgs. Human assisted spam bots.​
