Why can't you have any Doctor Who fan contests for Americans?

 

what about BBC America? Any sweepstakes there? I haven't checked.

I'm talking about the sort of contests where you could write a mini-episode, create your own monster, or meet the cast.
I'm watching Youtube videos and I'm extremely jealous.

The amount of times I've not been able to attend, take part or apply for something I am hugely commited in because I happen to not live in the good Ol US of A.

This is what Europe and Australlia feels about when you get video games, tv shows, movies, etc first too. It's an horrendous feeling.

I think it all matters on who's making said stuffs. For many of us, those games and technologies we're interested in come from Japan, and they kinda care more about the input of local customers than international ones.
