Does this only work under "normal" conditions? (When you haven't replaced any characters with anything else.) I tried using this method when I had replaced Donald and Goofy with the Roxas and Riku bosses as a test, but it didn't seem to work. The only change I noticed was that one of the lines changed Riku's color.
that was the color mod ^^ and well you have to make a dump with Roxas and Riku in your party and then make the target mods ^^

Lol, yeah. Advance porting is very different since you have to look for the rights digits in the dump you made that would match or resemble with the code from the other region.
