Help "Banned" From a Section?

This is kinda odd-sounding, but I've been trying to post for a month or so in the Manga/Novels section under Kingdom Hearts, and I can't create new topics, but I can reply to someone else's. It's weird. I wanted to ask about vol.3 of the Kingdom Hearts manga, and it's says I am either banned from the site, or am a n00b waiting for account approval (neither of which seems to be the case as far as I know).

Anyone else have this problem? It's kind of weird.

Should I screencap what I see too, to give you a better idea?

I'd talk to the section mod of the manga section or an admin.

 

Thats very odd.Did you post anything that could make a mod ban you from making a thread in that section?

 

As far as I know, you can't ban someone from a section. O.o
And I haven't done anything to screw with the sections either; I haven't been home since Thursday night.
Yeah, could you screencap it please? I'll talk to the rest of staff as well. :3

Edit: Ok, I looked at it and creating new threads wasn't enabled for ordinary members. You should now be able to create your own topics <3
