Okay, so I got one of these and then my dog chewed up the pen. So I then bought a new one and it didn't work. I installed the newest drivers, uninstalled and reinstalled, and messed around with the settings but the pen will still not work. Can anyone help with this?
"When you plug in the tablet, your computer should detect it and install a regular mouse driver for it. Then the LED comes on. If it flashes On/Off quickly, that indicates your computer could not recognize and activate the device. In that case try different USB ports and check the cable. If possible try it on another computer. If there is the same issue, we have to assume the hardware has a defect and the tablet should be exchanged."
Wonderful, I just wasted $100 on a defect. I tried it in a Mac and it still didn't work. Thanks anyway. T_T
