OOC: i've seen way mushier.....before i had to take a break from laughing to breathe...

 

"I pormised you. I wasn't going to let you get hurt."

 

"i know Bones.." sapphire said, "i trust you to keep me safe. after all, i trusted you with my heart and you haven't broken it yet..."

 

"What do you mean yet?"

 

"i mean you never know what'll happen in the future... you may wake up one morning and not want me the same way as now...."

 

"That will never happen. I swear."

 

Sapphire looked away a bit skeptical before looking into his eyes. "I trust you..."

 

Bones leans and kisses Sapphire. He then grabs her and holds her close.

 

Sapphire stayed still in his arms, fighting against the tears that threatened to fall.

 

Bones feels Sapph's tears. He holds her even tighter.

 

Sapphire felt a few tears escape and closed her eyes as more came. She then gently pulled away from him, wiping away the tears, "sorry about that....."

 

"That's okay come here. What's wrong?"

 

"...every time i get close to someone, something always happens and they're gone...i feel like evrything that brings me happiness is going to be taken away....i'm afraid that i might lose you..."

 

"Have you heard 'Things only happen once'?"

 

"no but i don't think it really applies to me....its happened more than once..."

 

"Well, I promise, i won't go away again."

 

"ok....thanks Bones..." Sapphire hugged him.

 

"don't thank me." he said.

 

"but i already did.....i didn't offend you or anything did i? sorry..."

 

""No you didn't affend me. Just kiss me please."
