Avatars, signatures and usernames can be very distracting.

Many people have some handsome guy or a pretty girl in the signature/avatar, thus distracting everyone from whom is behind this account. Ironic huh? 'Cause these options help you give to the world an image of yourself.

On another forum I was a main source of gender confusion due to my avatar. As a matter of fact, it's the same here (to a lesser extent).

 

Think yourselves lucky, for months I had people tell me that when they thought of me they though of baby dragons and sea monsters.

Such is the internet though, it is almost like you are attending a masked ball, only the masks are permanant even after midnight.

 

Sexy Sheva comes to mind.

Everyone imediatly brings up 'Antiform' as an image of me. Even tho my name had very little to do with it when I made it. None the less I adapted Antiform as my kind of mascot.

 

TheMuffinMan's Peach avatar and cronoking's username to name a few others. Reptar's username is kinda confusing too.
