um can any one make me an animated avatar?

i want Rena Ryuuguu from higurashi no naku koro ni. i'd like her either blinking her eyes and going from her normal eyes to her evil/cat eyes OR her laughing meniacly >:D

 

is this too hard for people to do? :nono:

 

oka first telling people you are going to pay them with rep is not a good, idea, b/c you could have yours taken away(don't worry mean no harm),that does not mean you can't rep them i just would not put it in.

And a moving sig? i never tryed a moving sig or avatat sorry.
i can make a normal one, but no experiance with moving avatars
