Avatar Control Is Being Mean

I hope this is in the right section but am I doing something wrong? Everytime I try to get an avatar they get all pixally as you can see it's happening to mine right now.And I always save them as PNG and the one I have right now is PNG so is it too big? Or am I just ding something wrong? Please help!

EDIT: My bad I just saw that this should be in Forum Assistince sorry Dx.​

 

It's probably because it's so small that it needs to be resized a bit. Try making it bigger (within the avatar parameters of course) then uploading it.
