As it turns out, everything we know about Xbox One is a lie

I'm sitting here waiting for Man of Steel to start, and these guys in front of me are ranting about how, noy only wre people wrong about saying that ps4 is better, but that everything people have been saying isn't true.
Some guy said something about your account not carrying over, and the other guy said "ppffffttt, thats not true!"

And this same guy ranted for about 5 minutes straight about how the only thing people can bring up about ps4 being better is that is supports used games, as if thats something minor, and that because all of the games that Sony showed at their conference are multi-platform games, that that means that the pa4 is vastly superior. whatever, the more this guy talks the more he sounds like a moron.

There was more, but i forgot because, frankly, im too excited about this movie to think about anything else and stay focused. It's also kinda loud so that doesnt help, and neither does posting this from a phone.


edit: now theyre saying that the ps eye sucks, which it may i have no idea, but because of that the price point is moot because if you buy the eye, (which isnt mandatory) its closer to the Xbox One price point.

 

You have just encountered Microsoft fanboys. You're lucky they didn't call you unworthy peasants for not having perfect reliable internet connections, or wanting to actually play your games with a controller.

There are Sony fanboys, mind you, and they're dumb too, but...to defend the Xbox One so vehemently as I've seen is just bewildering.

 

Just tell them to shut the **** up because you're at the cinema and remind them that it doesn't matter which console they buy, because unless they game on a PC, they'll always be a console mouth-breather.

 

So... was Man of Steel any good? No spoilers please.

 

Are you kidding. This guy makes a point. At first when everyone thought KH3 was going to be exclusive everyone broke out singing their Sony anthem and before that, they were saying the PS4 was sucking. But nope, KH3 will not be exclusive.

To be honest, I don't think any console won.

 

Honestly I don't care if the games we were shown were multiplatform or not, PS4 still seems like the better console to me.

 

At the risk of sounding ignorant since I didn't watch the entirety of E3;
Before the Sony conference, there was little to no information on the PS4, except for the new controller design. I think people were complaining about 'sucking' because they were upset that they didn't know more about it. Whereas the XBox One sucked right from the initial announcement.

And the KH console games have always been Playstation exclusives. I think it's justified that the initial assumption was that KH3 would be as well.

Are you implying that there is another console that actually exists that will have Kingdom Hearts 3 on it?

 

I thoroughly enjoyed it, personally. Got to see it for free before the midnight premiere too so that was a plus.​

At this point imo it shouldn't even be Microsoft vs Sony, but more "game system that is not restrictive as hell" vs "money shredder only playable in 21 countries"

 

I'm pretty sure if I were sitting next to them, if I heard that, I'd just snort and laugh a little. Hopefully that'd get their attention and I would just say "I hope you're ready for an 'up yours' when you finally get the system"
