358/2 Days Are you dissapointed

I found out that in 358/2 days is that the enemies you fight are mostly KH1 Heartless, and that the gameplay is like that too.
Plus the Roxas idea, only one keyblade mostly(kingdom key), not two (oblivion and oathkeeper).
I also think that ds games are too short.
Now, people say, you haven't tried it yet, its not out, give it a chance, but does this info show you dissapointment, after seeing the final mix 2 battles with the organization, is it a let down, or do you still think that you should give it a chance.
I'm still going to give a chance.

 

With that info, I am disappointed with the gameplay. The plot will be great I'm sure. I still want to buy the game.

also it's square-enix! they'll definately find a way to make it work and to make it awesome ^^

 

Well, I'm not overly eager about heartless being the main thing you defeat, cuz you know, nobodies ARE cooler, but still, there are other stuff, like being able to play AS a nobody, and fighting Riku plus possible a member of the organization is epic enough.

I just hope they have something for you to do after you beat the game....

oh, right, multiplayer.

Im not too interested with the story of Roxas and Xion. Im interested in the multiplayer..

I hope that there are more elements to the story than just Xion and Roxas. I like to see some of BBS in it too :P

But still, it has multiplayer.

I've actually wanted multiplayer in a KH game.

Sort of disappointed... but the story line should be pretty interesting! :D

 

I'm not disappointed. It was predictable that most of the things you would fight would be Heartless. I'm in it for the plot, Xion specifically.

You're right about the KH1 Heartless, but where'd you get the idea that the gameplay is like that as well? It was said many times (including people who played the demo) that the gameplay is a mixture of KH1 and KH2, plus with a few twists. For example, you can attack, jump, dodge roll, and glide all in a single combination! Plus the movements look a lot smoother than the previous games, seeing the short clips.

Not just that, but yes, they said that the Heartless you battle are mainly from KH1, but they also said that they are REVAMPED, meaning more/different moves.

Is that so bad?

 

I suppose I am really not expecting major greatness from the game as it is on the DS and yes, most DS games are too short and not that great to me. However, I will still get it just to advance the KH storyline and to see what it is like. It isn't getting great ratings but just being able to play around as other Org members and Roxas appeals to me so I'll give it a fair chance.

 

Not really, since I'm anticipating the game more for it's characters and plot. Gameplay is never the most imporatant thing for me.

 

So far, 358/2 Days proves to be a good game. I will pre-order it once I get a North American release date.

 

I will still give it a chance on the basis of expanding my knowledge of the KH plot.

 

That is kind of disapointing. But I do like that Roxas will only have the Kingdom Key. The gameplay may end up being not so great, but I'm sure that the storyline will be really good.
