Doesn't feel like it's been playing enough. Not too mention most sites seem to get a large chunk of episodes at once. I guess now we wait till November to get the next chunk of episodes.

Ok, I have learned that Kirito has no sense whatsoever when it comes to females. Seriously, the dude has his hands on Asuna's chest and he's just wondering what it is and calling it "squishy". The dude is a complete moron

The only complaint I have so far is Kirito's status as the instantly likable protagonist. Seriously, what's the deal with that? He waltzes into a sword shop, is rude to the owner, BREAKS HER FAVORITE SWORD, then gets them both trapped in a hole trying to get a special kind of metal so she can make a new sword, not to replace the one he broke, but for him. And, after this one day, as they're flying through the air, she decides, "HEY I GUESS I'M IN LOVE WITH HIM." Even I take three months or more to come to that conclusion. And it's like that with LOTS of other characters too, at least before they find out that he was in the beta.

Oh yeah Kirito whoring around is one reason, but my main complaint is about how rushed the overall story was. Hell there wasn't even a story in the first place.

Isn't that after she collided with him? I don't think even he realized what just happen until she slaps him into a wall.

    edit:

It is apparently explained in the light novel that Lisbeth's swords were made for speedy strikes and lack durability, when Kirito broke her sword she realized that durability could save her costumers' lives in the long run.

And she actually got them trapped in the hole. And she was the one who decided to come along on this quest in the first place.

I thought that they did it pretty nicely with the amount of time they did with Kirito and Asuna. I mean, sure with the amount we see it's only a few episodes or so, but it does take place over the course of 2 years, so there's plenty of time for them to get to know each other. Yeah there's quick moments, but at least they're just that: quick. Plus they do explain things a little more in the anime than the manga, since the manga was incredibly short while the anime took time to explain a few plot points, like Kirito meeting Asuna, as well as loosing his first guild.

It was originally a series of light novels before it was an anime or manga. So I presume stuff is a lot more explained there then any of the adaptations.

Think I've said enough about this series.
