Apparently all of my sport choices are "too manly"

I am seriously dying right now.

I was talking to a friend and literally every sport I listed was "too manly" for me and I quote "would scare off your boyfriend" (who kinda does sport as his job. Not sure how that works but okay.)
My friend's list of sports I can do?
    1. Dance (but not street or anything that involves wearing baggy hoodies)
    2. Gymnastics
    3. Tennis.
Oh man. Oh man. HOW WILL I EVER CHOOSE.
    Asking around for fencing lessons.

The manly stuff is good. It'll strengthen you up so you can destroy those people in dark alleyways.

Son, fencing is probably the most intense and hard-working sport you will ever experience. No sarcasm. Honestly.

Honestly, I feel that if a guy is intimidated by me doing something that's perceived as 'manly', he isn't really worth my time.

Do what you want to do, not what they expect you to do.

    FEMINAZI OUT!

PS. Fencing is awesome, I wish I had a chance to take more lessons in it.

Part of the reason I want to do it. I took about 2 fencing lessons when I was younger and I really enjoyed it.
According to my friend, guys are intimidated by it. I give up. I just can't...
Luckily my boyfriend heard about me wanting to do sport from her and just went "Oh cool! I'll practise with her!" <3
    No.
    YES.

Go for fencing if you like it, it is really good fun, I do it but it is seriously hard work, I was dying the first few times I went. (Archery's good fun too)

I would like to try archery too, and I know a little of how hard fencing can be but I did used to enjoy it.
I swear I kinda like sports that would not be out of place in fantasy movies xD

There is nothing wrong with breaking traditional gender roles.
    Not a thing.

Go out for what you enjoy.
