Anyone know of a good freeway vid editing program (NOT SONY VEGAS)??

well the the title pretty much says it:P so does anyone know of anything like that? anyone??

 

I use Windows Live Movie Maker.

 

ok, but what I'm really looking for is something similar to sony vegas but not similar to sony vegas...ya know what mean? Like something that can do somethings that sony vegas can do but something that does different things too, like it's own effects features and etc. But something that is freeware not firmware. Because I don't want to pay huge money of something like that ya know.
