Anyone good at cooking?

I'm bored and need ideas for this week's dinner. The only things I know how to make are any breakfast foods (like omelets, pancakes, etc.) and crab cakes.

 

I'm a survivor chef. I can cook when it suits me. If I'm hungry I'll figure it out. Just asking me for cooking advice though ... I'm not really sure. Cooking comes naturally to me. There's no real method or recipe I use.

You could always try searching for recipes though. I think there's even a place where you can put in what ingredients you have (want to use) and it'll give you a recipe to fit that.

I can make salsa if my mom gatherers all the ingredients, prepares them, and puts them in the blender for me to press the button all by myself.

Recently made these:

One-Pan Pasta! [ good with garlic bread, and/or a salad ] ( Mine: prep / finished with Parmesan cheese and basil )

Potato Soup! [ good with grilled cheese, or biscuits -- made with an original fried fish recipe last time ] ( Mine )

I cook. A lot. If you want to try either of these and need any help let me know. I modified the first recipe a bit to add a bit of spaghetti sauce [ the meal itself is very 'healthy' and doesn't have a lot of flavor minus the hint of garlic and basil in my opinion ].

When I feel like it, I can make some mean meat and potatoes.

 

Falafel is really simple to make, if you enjoy Middle Eastern food.
