Any speedy gamers here?

Naw, I tend to mindlessly grind levels or check out shiny objects and repeatedly talk to well......every character twice over to not miss dialogues. So I'm probably more of a 'thorough' gamer than a speedy gamer. Though on some game replays, I can zip through it in a day or so. And on platform games I sometimes beat them multiple times a day, especially Adventure Island games. I love those. <3

 

I rarely TRY to speed through games.

I'm one of those players that tries to explore anything and everything before finishing the main plot. For example, Mass Effect 3, I think I could have beaten it in under 10 hours if I rushed through the main story. But it must have taken me around 50 hours to do it all, which spanned about 6 days.
I wanted to enjoy the experience of it all, I listened to every dialogue repeatedly went back and forth to do quests, see people again, etc just because I love it so much.

On average though, games of this generation of console, I can finish in 2 days.
The shortest plathrough I did that comes to mind was 9-10 hours of Heavy Rain, in one sitting. Still a magnificent and unique game to say the least, I had to finish it in one sitting.
