    does any one have any tips on how to beat ansem?
    (first battle with dark nyph thingy)

    it's very easy. all of his attacks can be dodged by jumping. you just gotta time it right and strike when you can

    Generally, a good stategy is to go into Dark Mode and then by pressing B twice, double jump and attack.

    Don't use combo's against him, not with normal Riku anyway. Avoid his special attacks. He is't really that hard.

    JUst dodge most of his attacks, and attack at the right time. Use one of the boss cards to help you out. You'll finish him in no time.
