    I really don't think so, because in the Secret Ansem reports he writes that she is only "a resident of Radiant Garden"
    If he was her father, i don't think that he would refer to her that way.

    My theory is that Kairi has a dream of Ansem and her mother tell her about her past and tells her about light vs. darkness and light will win and tell her to help Sora.

    The old lady was her grandma.She was telling Kairi stories in the Hollow Bastion library. I think the next KH game will end this theory and see if it is right or wrong.
