Too dark, the green stuff in front of the character feels really unnecessary, the text is flat and boring, and the background is pretty...ugly.

Improve on those and come back :]

Not exactly. I like the theme and, and those arrows and the circle are cool too.

 

I feel that the render is a bit small. Make it a bit bigger,but not to the point where you get a floating head. Use more than one color in the scheme of it. It worked to a certain point, but now just...blah. The arrows aren't doing it for me either.

You are improving. You aren't just throwing the render on there anymore with nothing in front of it anymore, which is good.

 

You should brighten it up a lot more. The red doesn't work with the green at all, maybe because it's too dark. It looks like you just painted some green in front of the person and it doesn't look good. The part with the arrows and the focus is the best part of it. You should work on this more, I think you can do better.
