After some thinking, I've decided it's probably used for the Roxas fight but I could be wrong. Think about it:
1) It's the 13th Reflection, I'm 99.9% sure about that (if you can't hear Struggle and Dilemma in there you have a problem).
2) Roxas has a move called XIII Reflection (according to Arcana).
3) Why would it be used for the Chaser? He's not part of the Organization, so why would he have an Organization XIII song?
