Pretty much all of the Naruto characters, their voices are terrible.

Also, I never could stand Tommy from Digimon Frontier, he was just such a crybaby. Sure, he "changed" but meh.

Almost every character from a romance anime, their all the same, WITHOUT FAIL!

Hinata from Naruto...Her voice was way too soft and she was way too shy! Grr.

Kikyo from InuYasha...Just DIE already. For good.

Practically every character from Naruto, their voices all annoyed me.

 

You and me both. She drives me nuts.

Above all other anime characters though, I HATE Flay from Mobile Suit Gundam SEED. The only reason she exists is to manipulate Kira into doing a bunch of sexual things he really doesn't want to do. And I think the worst part is, he doesn't even realize she's using him. She is just...SO...Obnoxious. I don't think I can explain with words how much I hate Flay, she just makes my skin crawl.

Oh and by the way, for all of you who hate Misa, she's also voiced by the same person as Flay in the Japanese dub, I believe. .___. It's either that or Lacus Clyne, who is tolerable.

Anyhow, other than that, I dislike Riku from Kingdom Hearts(does he count?), Misa is okay-ish-sometimes...Sometimes, I hate Sakaki and Piros from .hack//G.U., and I hate Oishi from Higurashi no Naku Koro ni.

Buu from Dragonball Z. He's just kinda annoying I think.

Gary from Pokémon... well, no comment.
Every member of the Sonic X cast except Knuckles. cuz Knuckles is always cool.
