Ok, I just got one of the most advanced anime studio's,(and for the people who used it before) at the top right there's a 'Library' button, when I click it, an unresponsive window opens up, and at the top left of my screen, the real library window pops up, but it can only be closed by closing the unresponsive window, but when I close it, the program shutsdown, I tried windows troubleshoot, but that didn't work, I really need some help.
No idea what anime studio is, but maybe it's a bug, You can wait a while to see if the window becomes responsive again. Perhaps it's just loading many data thus might be taking a while.
I have anime studio too, but I don't know why you are having a problem... only thing I can think of is it may be because you have the Debut version.. I'd suggest googling for help, see if you can find something. Or... well... it could be a bug like Kubo said... in which case, it may be best to uninstall and retry it.
Pretty sure it's just a program for drawing & animating. But anyway, does your PC meet the requirements for the program? I'd imagine it's a bit intensive, as most graphics/animating programs are, that used to happen sometimes when I tried running Photoshop on my old computer.
