"But it wasn't your mother who killed her!" he said, still crying.

 

Leah turned to face him. "How do you know?!" She asked him, tears falling down her cheeks again. "How do you know it wasn't my mother?! It was her! I'm sure of it!"

 

"Because." he said. "I saw who did it. It was a man, a young man."

 

Leah had a confused look on her face. "A man...?" She said, looking down and thinking. "Still, it doesn't matter. I don't want to be the reason for you guys fighting. I can't handle it. And my mom did kill a human..."

 

"But you won't!" he said. "Please don't leave me! I can't live without you!"

 

Hearing that last sentence, Leah's eyes widened. She walked back over to George and gently took his hand. "It's George's choice as to whether or not I stay..." Leah said, softly.

 

"You're making a big mistake George!" Harold said.

"Dad, I want to be with her. She means everything to me." George said.

"Then I have no choice but to disown you." Harold said, walking away.

 

"Mr. Strong, please wait..." Leah said, flashstepping in front of him and blocking the doorway. "I don't know what happened with that vampire, or who it was that killed your wife, but I can tell you that I have nothing to do with it. Not all vampires are monsters. Only those who choose to be, but i can assure you that I am not. Please, sir, I want to ask that you at least give me a chance. Videotape me 24/7, I don't care. Just please, don't fight with your son about this. I can prove to you that I'm not a monster like my mother. Like the vampire who killed your wife. I'm different, and I can prove it to you, but you have to give me a chance."

 

"I don't think so." Harold said. "My son may be trusting to monsters, but I'm not. You are all alike." He leaned in and whispered in her ear "One day you will snap and it'll be the death of him." He walked past her and headed to where he was staying.

 

Emily watched the stars as well.

 

Leah's eyes widened. Sadly enough, she could picture that.

 

"Come on Leah." he said. "Forget about him. Lets go back to bed."

 

Leah just stood there, staring at the ground. She didn't say anything. She was thinking.

OOC- little kids are sweet, but they can drive you INSANE!! >_<

 

He took her hand. "Come on." he said.

OOC: lol, random much?

 

OOC- It's not random if you have a little boy who's obsessed with ur DS but he doesn't know how to play it right and you think he'll break it... and he's screaming in your ear constantly "How do you play this?" when he doesn't understand when you've already explained it... XDD

Leah gasped softly, but sharply when George took her hand. She was pulled out of her thoughts abruptly, that's why. She gently nodded. "Yeah... okay," She said.

 

"Are you alright?" he asked.

 

Leah just looked down at the ground, not answering his question. She gave his hand a gentle squeeze.

 

He picked her head up and gave her a quick kiss on the lips. "You can tell me." he said.

 

Leah blushed and took a small step back from him. "We are all alike, aren't we...?" She asked him. "Us monsters... You know, every time your dad talks, I end up even more frightened..." She paused. "But he's right... And I've been afraid of the same thing for way too long... The same thing he's afraid of... Losing you..." She glanced at the doorway. "As he left, he said that someday I'd snap... And it'd be the death of you. He's right... More than right, actually... Vampires are alike, in every way. And this is no exception."

 

"No." he said. "I don't believe that! We can fight this together! We can make this work!"

OOC: The more we go on, the more we are moving towards George getting turned into a vampire -_- It seems like it's the only way they can really be happy together.
