Leah gasped when he got hit on the head. Not hesitating, she picked him up and continued going until they were out of the building. She groaned and laid him down on the ground, kneeling beside him. It felt like her shoulder had been dislocated. "George? George, are you okay?" She asked, shaking him, gently.

 

George was out cold.

 

Leah was uneasy. "George!" She shouted, tears now falling down her cheeks again. "Please wake up!" She squeezed his hand gently and pulled a water bottle from her backpack, silently pouring cold water over his face to wake him up. I hurt him again... She thought.

 

He coughed and opened his eyes a little.

 

Leah looked down at him, holding one of his hands with both of her own. "George...?" She whispered, tears still falling down her cheeks.

 

He put his hand on her cheek and asked "Why are you crying? Did I upset you?"

 

She put her hand over his on her cheek. It felt warm. "No..." She said softly. "You didn't upset me..." She smiled at him, though her tears didn't stop falling down her cheeks.

 

He leaned up and gave her a quick kiss on the lips, pulling away after a few seconds.

 

Leah blushed, shocked by his sudden kiss. However, she didn't feel like she was going out of control.

 

"See?" he said. "We just need to practice and take it slow."

 

Leah blinked. I didn't feel like I was going to hurt him... She thought, surprised. He was right... She didn't move her hand from the one that he had on her cheek. She smiled at him, her tears slowing. "Thank you..." She whispered.

 

"No problem." he said. "I'm going to take a nap now." He passed out.

Leah sighed and picked him up, headin back to the dorm. I don't care what that stupid mutt says, but we're taking our room back... She thought. I can handle the smell, if she refuses to leave... But can she handle mine? She smirked at this and looked down at George's sleeping face. He seemed so angelic and she felt her heart skip a beat. A smile crossed her lips as she arrived at the dorm. Finding no one there, she placed him on his bed, gently. She then went and laid on her bed. Strangely, she felt tired for once. This is a first... She thought and coughed, which she thought was just something normal.

 

George sleeped peacfully.

 

Leah yawned and closed her eyes, feeling tired. She wondered why as she closed her eyes, relaxing. However, she found herself suddenly drifting off; sleeping.

 

George woke up a couple hours later, his head throbbing. "It feels like I have a hangover" he said, rubbing his temples.

 

Leah layed still and silent, sleeping.

 

"Hey Leah, I think we should head to our next class." he said, thinking she was pretending.

 

Leah didn't respond.

 

"L-Leah?" he asked, walking over to her. Oh no! he thought. This can't be real! She can't be dead! But why else would she be lying still and not answering me? It's not like she sleeps. So........she must be............dead. He started crying.
