He sighed and said "Well, it's because...........I like you." He looked away to hide his embarassment.

Leah smiled a bit and then sighed, having expected that answer. "You know you don't have to be embarassed about it... I'd rather hear what your feelings are than have them kept a secret from me..." She remarked and smiled. "I guess there's no way I can keep it from you, then..." She muttered. "Would you like to hear my secret? The one I said I couldn't tell you?" She asked.

OOC- Aww okay. Night, then!

 

"If you want to tell me." he said. "I won't force you if you don't."

 

OOC: oh joy! This is going to become the exact Oppisite of Twilight...

 

"Well, it's probably necessary, now..." She said. "I can't really keep it from you..." She looked down at her hands. "But people have always hated me or been afraid of me for it... Will you promise you won't feel that way?" She asked, looking up at him, sadly.

OOC- Oh no! D= Funerals are horrible... ;-;

"I could never hate you." he said, looking her in the eye.

 

Leah smiled. "Okay... Well..." She hesitated, but then just decided to blurt it out. "I'm a vampire!" She clenched her fists tightly and closed her eyes, waiting for his reaction.

 

He sat there for a moment, taking it all in. "You're a vampire? With the whole sucking blood and pointy fangs and stuff?" he asked.

 

She forced herself to open her eyes and look up at him. She wasn't too happy about his reaction. Silently, she nodded and stood up from the bed. "I'm sorry I didn't tell you before! I wasn't suppossed to tell anyone! And I-..." She stopped talking and looked down, tears in her eyes.

 

"Wow." he said, amazed. "A vampire." He saw her started to cry and put his hands on her shoulders. "Don't cry." he said.

 

Leah didn't want to cry in front of him, so she forced the tears back. "I'm sorry..." She whispered, looking at the ground.

 

"Don't be sorry." he said. "You didn't do anything wrong."

 

Leah stayed silent a moment before speaking. "You really don't hate me? You're not scared?" She asked him.

 

"No." he said. He lifted her head up so he could look into her eyes. "My feelings for you haven't changed either."

 

Leah blushed when he said that.

 

"Now I belive it's my turn to ask a question." he said, sitting back down on his bed.

 

"O-Okay..." Leah said softly and sat back down on her bed, as well. She was surprised by his reaction. "Ask away."

 

"How do you feel about me?" he asked.

 

"Oh..." She blushed a little. "I... um... I like you alot..." She said and smiled, unable to really say anything else.
