BIC: Koushiro came into the apartment. HE saw a "For Rent" sign in the window, so he decided to check it out. Any place would be good at this point. His life was going down the drain more than he anticipated. And not being able to calculate them caused him to be more depressed. He needed to get away, meet new people, maybe even get a job.
He finds a place to check in. "Hello? Is anyone home right now? I noticed the "for rent" sign and would like to take it. No matter what."

He received a yes (took that liberty) and received a key. He was on the third floor. He brought his things up the stairs. He brought his things into his apartment for two, and he put down his stuff. He then decided to unpack at a later time, "I guess I should look around. See if I can meet someone?"

He went around and saw a girl with red hair wearing a skirt and a tank top. He also saw some other characters. One with blue hair, which wasn't that odd because of his previous adventures with a kid named Joe. Though he highly doubted that this person was anything like Joe.
He secretly creeped into the area and cautiously asked,
"Hello there. I'm Izzy. Sorry for interupting. Just wanted to greet everyone. I just moved in."
OOC: Sorry, I don't really know where anyone is or whatever. I'll edit the post to fit whatever is going on, but I'm not sure. PLease explain?
