Question Animating Pixel art help

So I just finished making an animated pixel art avatar for me. I saved it as a gif but when I play it, the layers underneath are shown when it animates since it's see through at some parts.

How with GIMP can I fix this?

 

It depends on the software you used. I use Photoshop ImageReady, so I can help for that.

 

I use Gimp, as said in the first post.

 

on every layer, on the outside of the image fill it with white, then Filters>Animation>Playback
and it will give you a view of you finished product if you press the play button

 

Yeah, I know but I want it to be clear still.

Could you post the finished project and it'll be easier to see what the problem is..

 

That's it, but see, it doesn't animate right

 

yeah, it still will be clear, if you fill in the blank spots with white, well on this forum

 

But I don't want it white because I'm going to use it on DA

 

what is DA, well do a screen shot of it, and with the eyedroper tool, find out what color, the forum post background is and use that color
