Video AMV Help Thread

I was thinking about making an AMV. I have windows movie maker. Its going to be an Organization XIII Tribute with the song Nemo by Nightwish. I think its overused, but I wasnt going to post it. This is going to be my first AMV. I was wondering if anyone had any suggestions for specific clips I should use.

I used the parts where the organisation are moving or doing something interesting like being in a fight or maybe talking but when it's well animated. Them dying is usually a good part to use.

hey im making a amv of roxas and i need help finding the bttle between riku and roxas does anyone no where to find it?

 

Either get Deep Dive, Another Side::Another Story or Roxas Day 5.

How about you actually look around at the home page and look up Kingdom Hearts II: Cutscenes?

If you need the Roxas vs Riku from Final Mix+, search in that section.

If you need help for an AMV, POST IN THE AMV HELP THREAD.

Umm hi, I didnt feel like reading all the other pages to see if anyone asked this before but, a while a go i made an AMV with my WMM and I went around this site and I was wondering how I can put it in here and take note that I have never done this in any other sites so if I can show it I hope others will like it.

 

you upload it in the video portal once you get all set up, just press upload.

 

First you need to save it as a movie, because WMM files can't save. What you do is press File, Save Movie, then save it to your computer. Then it'll become a different file that's Windows Media Player. It's that file that you upload onto the site.

Kinpaz, it is prolly in your best interest to actually read the pages in the future.

As x3rty said press File, then Save Movie, and after that, save it to your computer.

when I go to the upload page on this site it tells me to put my email and password. is there somthing i need to do on that page that I forgot?

 

You need to register or log in to be able to upload.

 

I put in my AMV and for now I think they're looking it over but if they decide to show it then all of you can watch it. You guys are really helpful thanks.

 

K I'm just wondering because I really want to make a amv. The part were you can upload scenes on the site is that an intirely different thing you have to sign up for then. If it is because you have to put your e-mail address so I was wondering will they only e-mail you the clips that you want or what? also when you upload something is it loke a whole scene? If it is can you like use the movie maker to use just part of it or what? I plan on using the microsoft movie maker because I have never made a amv before so it sounds good. that's about all.

 

Does anyone know if there is a way to do masking in Adobe Premiere 7.0?

 

Does any one post here because I have some questions I really want answered. So on my questions that I posted before Roxasvsriku I've found out some more stuff. So heres m y main questions now.

Whenever I download it and click on open it pops up to the windows media player. But I want it on the microsoft movie maker. So how do I switch it to there?
