Video AMV Help Thread

@ RoxaSorAligned, what's wrong with your vids now?

 

I normally set the video at wmv and at the default setting, not sure if it's different for your Vegas, but it's normally of good quality.

 

if you mean when you put it on youtube than use these settings.these settings make your video smaller so it has slightly better quality in YT.

but if you mean normally for your viewing i just use the default settiings and they come out fine.

 

Dunno how it is with vegas, but im pretty sure the file type wont do much to it but just in case, try AVI. Anyways, when I used premiere and exported, the vids came out looking like crap and I started toggling with the different video codecs that were built into my computer. One of them gave me the same quality that I had the videos in with a few interlacing problems but Ill take care of that later. Anyways, what im saying is try working with the video codecs it gives you. Ill research it sometime cuz Im speaking from a premiere user's point of view.

 

Adobe Premiere Pro

i just got premiere pro and i have a problem everytime when i import a video into it (the kh-vids ones) the preview window show that the video is small



could anybody help me i want that preview bigger

 

I'm not a APP expert, but I think the preview is meant to be small. To save processing power. It's just a preview, not the actual video.

 

this goes in amv help,and the preview window is suppose to be like that.i just took off my AP but yea,thats how it is.

 

AMV help.

I want to learn to make an AMV. I dont know what programs to use. Everytime i use windows movie maker it closes by itself.

what are some other programs i could use for video making?

 

Hmmmm, well, There is Sony Vegas, but I don't have a cluer ot how it works, I stick with WMM, do you have the New Windows Movie Maker? That might be the problem if you do, to many glicths.

 

The problem with WMM is that every time i open it, this window pops up and says "Windows movie maker has encountered a problem and needs to close"

then it says "send error report" or "dont send"

i sent one like 5 times.

i might try sony vegas

I beleive this in the wrong section.....But I don't have problems with WMM. That's what I use, so just try closing all other programs when you open it.

I havent used WMM before. i just downloaded it.

 

i need the world that never was pt. 2 but when you click on it the link takes me to hollow bastion instead and i also need the kh2 ending and credits vid but wheni click on that it takes me to the main page of filefront.

oh and if you want to i'm numba1khfan on yoututbe , i have a whole bunch of amvs already so you can like watch them if yoou want
