American Gods RP

Nikki stood alone. She had been like this for most of the war. She watched the fight for the side. So Anubis was a loose cannon, and she had no idea who the strange New God was. She knew that the God of War had an unpredictable temper and would be as likely to try to kill her as listen to her. She watched them scrap like a couple of alley cats.

 

Mr. Wheeler took his time getting up. It wasn't as much because he was hurt, as much as he wanted to torment Zaris. Well then,Mr. Wheeler thought, I'll take my time. I'll wait for a while to play my ace.

By that time, Mr. Wheeler had noticed the large fireball hurtling through the air. From the looks of it, it had been thrown by that jackal-looking man who was standing behind it. Mr. Wheeler wondered if he should co operate with him... and then he realized how much he really wanted to kill this ******* who had wrecked his favorite mall.

Mr. Wheeler kicked Zaris into the air. He followed him and tossed him in the direction of the fireball.

"How's that for a taste of your own medicine?" Mr. Wheeler said to himself. He then lsmiled, amused at how cliche it sounded.

 

zaris then gets hit by the fire ball but it makes him feel stronger...........


''oh yeah baby thanks for doing that now im recharged and stronger than ever''

zaris then shot a raging fire beam at wheeler

''hahahhahahaha wats wrong ur scared?''

 

Mr. Wheeler dissappeared and reappeared behind Zaris. "Cute trick," said Mr. Wheeler as he slammed into Zaris, sending him flying through one of the clothes store displays. "Do you perform at children's parties?"

 

zaris then appeared behind wheeler

''ya then i make em fight after words ^^''

zaris then grabed wheeler then threw him torwards the ground making a huge crater

''hmph''

then zaris launched huge fireballs at wheeler

''hmph stay out of my way!''

 

Nikki watched them carefully. There was a good chance that she would have to fight the winner just to escape. The more she could learn about their moves the better. Also they could tire each other out.

 

Mr. Wheeler rebounded out of the crater, hitting zaris with an extremely powerful uppercut. He then followed up with a particularly powerful kick to the chest, sending Zaris headlong into a fountain. He landed with a large splash that made the floor all wet and squeaky.

"You just don't learn, do you?", said Mr. Wheeler in an annoyed-yet-amused voice. "Then again, i suppose you can't tach an old dog new tricks. Like giving in."

 

''im Zaris god of war i love to fight and i love when others fight and plus aries is my zodiac sign ^^........any way ive been enjoying this but we hav to finish this a certain some one is mad at me for sending to many souls at once to him..........''

fires aura surronds zaris then he punchs the ground........

''AHHHHHHHHHHHH HELLFIRE!!!!!!!!!!!''

then a huge earthquake started and the ground started to crack and from the cracks fierce fire came threw

''hehehehehehehehehahahahahahahahahahaha............''

 

Mr. Wheeler sighed, then LAunched himself at Zaris one last time. This time he caught zaris by the head, and threw him in the air. He was able to deliver about seven kicks to zaris's chest before he threw him into the ground, making a crater of his own.


"I'll assume you want to have this out for real, then?", asked mr. wheeler in an inquisitive voice. "Why don't we call this a stalemate for the time being. You have places to be, and so do i. Meet me at Grauman's Chinese theater in hollywood. There, we can truly unleash our powers. It is a place of power, after all."

OOC: Places of power are landmarks that many people flock to and "worship". There are pockets of power all over america. In Places of power, gods can go into an "Alternate dimension" of sorts. There, they can adorn their true forms without mortals even knowing they are there, and unleash their full powers against one another.

Grauman's chinese theater is in Hollywood, and is arguably the most famous theater ever to be built. read more about it here:

zaris then got up from the crater..............

''a chinese theater eh?.......hmph i used hellfire for nothing oh well thats 100 souls my buddy anubis will be getting''


zaris then dust himself off.........

''I might as well go to hollywood *sigh* and i thought today was going to be easy''

then zaris teleported to hollywood and he appeared on the hollyqood sign on the hill...........

''well well well this place isnt to shabby a can feel lots and lots of darkness in this town............''

 

Mr. Wheeler sighed again. "That fool doesn't listen. i said i'd meet him there in a week, and he's already plunged headlong into the town."

Mr. Wheeler suddenly noticed the woman in the shadows. "You've been watching us the entire time, havn't you? As you probably know, my name is Mr. Wheeler. Who are you?"

 

zeke just stood there.........

{when is he coming i got things to do.....}

then a flash back came to him on wat wheeler really said

{*sigh* a week later? oh well i guess my war loving clogged my ears I guess I'll cause some havoc here later}

zaris then lays down and looks at the sky.........

{wheeler.......who are u exactly *sigh* dont get in my way of enslaveing this pathetic race or i might actually hav to kill you........}

 

"Um, I'm Nikki. I really didn't mean any harm. I was scared to come out. He seemed very aggressive? Does he have something against you?"

Nikki smiled at Mr. Wheeler. He seemed reasonable enough, and she hadn't taken a side in the war yet. So far she had watched and moved. Aries was a fool to exhibit his anger so publicly, he was such a hothead. She had no real love for him, as he was a rival to her sons.

She didn't know anything about Mr. Wheeler, though having seen his strength and moves, she guessed he was one of the new Gods. She wasn't scared of him, and had nothing against him personally. In fact he seemed quite charming compared to Aries. Nikki decided to chance the peaceful approach.

 

"Zaris?" Mr. Wheeler responded in an amused tone. "I don't think so. Judging from his last display, Zaris seems more the type to kill anything that moves."

Mr. Wheeler sighed. "Sorry things got out of hand. I like to avoid violence if i can, but he didn't really seem like the type of person for words."

Nikkie seemed... different to Mr. Wheeler. He wondered if she was one of the old gods. If she was, she wouldn't the first Mr. Wheeler had met. She might be the first not to try to kill him right away, but for some reason he didn't think she would do that. He hoped not, anyway.

 

Nikki relaxed. Mr Wheeler seemed to be genuine. He had even admitted a dislike of violence, much like herself. He might be the deceptive type, they existed in both the old and new Gods. At the moment she had no time for either, having been betrayed by both. She had decided to go it alone until she could meet a God with a similar outlook.

"I know him under a different name, and he will not stop until he's sated his thirst for violence, which seems to be never. I was wondering if you're hungry? Could I be forward enough to suggest we get something to eat and talk? I think we may have more in common than we both realise at present."

Nikki felt no anger or hate from Mr. Wheeler, and had no bad premonitions. She felt at ease. Perhaps she could help. She noticed that there were a few people still around that must have witnessed the spectacle. She spread her hand and a gentle light spread over them.

"Tomorrow they will wake thinking that what they saw was just a bad dream. They will not recollect your appearance, so you will be safe."

 

zaris woke up...........

''yawn wat havoc can i make today i should go bac to LA i wonder if there are anymore gods around there..........''

zaris disappeared to LA............

''*walking on a side walk* hmph no darkness today lets see if wheeler is around........''

zaris disappeared to wheeler...........

''u miss me?''

 

Nikki jumped. "I hate to tell you this but Aries is back. I have sensed his arrival and I am never wrong."

Zaris appeared.

"What do you want Aries. You have no right to interfere. begone."

Nikki hit him, sending him across the street.

 

''*sigh then gets up* Aries is my zodiac sign the names Zaris and i didnt come here to fight........''

 

"Then why are you here? I doubt you're here to just talk, it's not your style."

 

''who said it wasent my style i guess u just assumed that considering that im the god of war , wat god r u Nikki?''
