Let's just say I've had really weak ankles ever since. And the worst part was HOW I injured them...:sideways:

Ako was supposed to do a little "Hmph" as Yuna grabbed her hand.

And Zazie's full line was "Thank you, I couldn't have done it without my fans. Now how about an encore?"

I only received "...w about an encore?"

 

Ooo~ this is intriguing. Tell me. 8D I want details. Sports injuries are the best of the stories.
But weak ankles since then, really? I assume that you cannot really play any major sports anymore, can you? That is depressing.

 

On the contrary, I was still able to play soccer and volleyball after they healed.

I get my exercise now these days by Step Aerobics classes...

And you really want to know how I injured my ankles? Well, the blacktop was bumpy and uneven, I'll tell you that much. We had just scored a touchdown and I walked back to our side...






























































































































































































...took a mistep and injured them both.

Yeah, you heard me. I was WALKING. The blacktop was really uneven...:sideways:

No, I wasn't being a klutz. The side of my shoe hit the ground at an angle and there wasn't that much ankle support.

And what was worse was that I lived in a two-story house and it was almost impossible to take showers by myself...

O_O Walking? Oh my... It's amazing how you all play touch football on a really effed up blacktop nicely, without any injuries at all, but a simple walk to the other side of the "field" can screw up both your ankles. Amazing how such simple things are the most dangerous things. xO

And wow, both Soccer and VB after that. That's awesome, love. How long did it take for it to heal? =/ I know how hard it is to take a shower with two bad legs. T_T I hope I never have go through this again.

It sounded like: "Welcome and enjoy my new performance piece! *pause* Hyah! *pause* That was Zazie. *click* ...w about an encore?"

Did you accidentally press pause or stop during recording? Or did something happen when transferring it over to Amber? :huh:

Of course, this was back in middle school, though. Almost more than a decade ago. And it took about two to three weeks to fully heal.

Oh, DF... don't tell me you've never been to Compton... Watts? I assume you're in northern Cali then. xD Yes, it was BAD. The kids ruled the school, and had the principal crouching to the ground. It was not just physically bad, it was bad in every way. Yep, I guess I spent 2 years of my youth being raised in the GHETTO. xDDD I know my street codes and laws. xDDDDDDDD

Yeah, well I used to live in Southern Cali also. It's where I spent the first ten years of my life at. Of course, I was a bit sheltered, though, so I can't really imagine what you've been through...

 

V_v No... no once can really know what it's like in compton unless you were actually there. But I cannot deny that it was hella fun. 8D But my it was chaos. Heck, we had gang related shooting right in front of your school... then a bus was hijacked and burned a block way from our place and we even had gone through an overnight lockdown. xDDDD And kids jop, skip and jump the fense anytime they felt like. lulz. Good times.
