Actually, cake can't own cookies because cookies are just unleavened cakes. And pie is only more valuable than cookies because it's so versatile. I mean, for cookies on special occasions you have Christmas, halloween, and weddings. However, pies can be used for all that, plus Thanksgiving, Mother and Father's Days, etc.

And don't get me STARTED on pastries!

PS: You wouldn't have exploded from that cookie clone that you ate awhile back. You would have been turned into a giant cookie like me.
