i think that what they did, was make him look meaner in CoM
so when he was nice u were suprised!!

No. I like him, so i hate fighting him. you see him better in KH2

 

If u look @ it Axel's in different stages of coming to terms with losing Roxas. In CoM he's prob'ly still really steamed that Roxas left him and in KHII he realises he's might never see him again so he seems softer. Either way I love him!!

I like more Axel in kh2.The bad Axel isn't that cool

 

I liked his nice side in the KH2, but I also liked his 'bad' side in CoM. It shows both sides of his personality.

 

I agree, he killed a few Organization members too.

 

Axel knew about them trying to betray the Organization, so it's understandable how he killed Vexen since he was 'spilling the beans' about Marluxia's plan, that would also ruins Axel's plan in stopping them. Eventually, Sora stopped them and has no memories about it, which sounds kinda funny to me.

 

i like the nice axel since he probably wouldnt hurt vexen. anyways, hes just better that way.

 

he did seem more powerful in COM.

i just kicked his a*$ right now, really.

 

You are not alone! I love Axel in KH2! At first I kinda liked him in CoM because it was cool how he was a double agent and played by his own rules, but annoying when I had to fight him... but then in KH2 I loved him so much when I saw his softer side, especially when he tells Roxas that he'd miss him if he left... so sad! T_T

 

To answer your question, I don miss it at all.

Now, in my personally opinion, I don think Axel was really harsh at all in CoM. I mean, he wanted to stop Marluxia from taking over the Organization which, in their view, is for a good cause. That's pretty much the same reason y he killed Vexen and Zexion: to help save the Organization for being taken over one way or another. Sure kidnapping Kairi was a stupid move, but he made up for everything in the end. So all in all, I didn't find anything he did particularly bad. At least he didn't do it for selfish intentions...

yea.. i love how he act in KH2 too esp to Roxas.. but in CoM maybe he is just followed his master 's order to eliminate those member?
